Rarely do I go to Home Depot and not find what I'm looking for. Staff is helpful at this location and the non-construction aisles are clean (can't really expect spotless floors in lumber). The guy mixing paint was especially friendly and I had a good shopping experience. The only reason that I can't give 5 stars is because SO MANY of their plastic totes had defects. Finding a lid that wasn't damaged (not scuffs, I'm talking about cracked and straight up broken handles) was a chore and it shouldn't be.

Great store because of their team of associates, Rosanne back in Lumber is exceptional and the manager is the best of any home improvement store in the Phoenix area. I would have given them 5 stars but several times the guy that was supposed to help load the car never came.

Had a challenging return with multiple cards, and my cashier Michael was literally amazing. Super helpful, not annoyed at all by my multiple receipt issue. He is a gem within this company!!!

We went to buy a shelf storage heavy duty it is market up on their website for 297 the red color one , however it is out of stock when we decided to take the black color the prices was 399 when we asked the manager at the service desk he was yes u agree there is no differences but in color yet this is the price. Wich is completely insane same product same design same everything just different color and 100 us dollar different in price. They lost my business and i will close Ll my accounts with them. Be aware home depot try to ripp you off

There were 3 Home Depot employees standing idle near the self checkout. No customers in sight. No sign of them doing anything that resembled work. When I walked up, I asked if one of them could check out my items. The reply? “You don’t want to use self-checkout?” “No, why would I (need to do your job for you) when you’re all just standing here.” A young girl named Sam asked me if I needed a bag for my items, but didn’t bother to say “Thank you” for my business. In my opinion, they have too many employees and not enough work to keep them busy. I wish my employer paid me to stand around and do nothing!

Bathroom is amazingly clean! I had to come back and edit my review because I only mentioned the bathroom but shortly after, I met Beth. She could tell I needed help and offered her assistance right away. She was also so sweet with my two year old whose patience is shorter than most , he loved her! I came again last weekend and immediately looked for Beth. She is so great and helpful, I will come back to Home Depot specifically because she is so awesome!

As soon as I walked in the store , I was greeted by a friendly staff worker and he was very knowledgeable on what i needed and where to go to get the parts . He also went and grabbed a cart for me. During checkout they asked me if I needed any help loading my item into my work van, it was very fast. Basically a good day down at the lo6 Home Depot. I highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot, when you go, ask for Neil with the deal !! Thank You Home Depot for always being there. Always helping me get my plumbing parts. So I can focus on getting my jobs done right .
