Matt is a super knowledgeable employee who is also unbelievably customer service oriented. Still having a flip phone I am viewed in a very depreciative manner. Matt on the other hand made me feel very comfortable. His sense of humor is another characteristic for a managerial position. His boss Tyler was equally praiseworthy as an AT&T employee. Thanks again!!

Matt was awesome. I am going to always look for him in the store. He is the best , help us so much. Thank you Edit: I came back 2 months later for a new phone and looked for Matt to help me again, and he was amazingly helpful this second time as well.

This store was very unprofessional. To make matters worse they upsold an AT&T “deal” which ended up costing us more money. If we weren’t locked in I would leave AT&T after the scam they ran on us. While at the store we even asked for clarification what the deal would do to our bill and they said it would save us money- wish I had that in writing as our bill is now way more!!!!

Matt is the gentleman to see if you are a first responder looking for first net!! I am a first time AT&T customer and Matt went above and beyond he is very friendly and courteous. He took his time and explain everything to me. I just hope his mom does not read this and see that I I called him Matt and not Matthew .

I walked into the store on edge because I was unable to use my phone to get in touch with my children. Joshua F assessed my situation and determined I needed a new Sim Card. He replaced it and within minutes I was up and running again. He was quick and thorough and I am grateful for his efficiency.
