Ali couldn't have beeden more helpful. He greets when u come in the door. The problem with my phone was taken care of. He spoke with me like a person not been canned conversation. He put me on auto monthly bill payments. Answered all questions easily.

The guy doesn't seem to want to be bothered, i checked to see if they had the phones in stock at this store on their web site it said in stock at this location checked before i went. I get there he said he has none in stock check back tomorrow. I wish you could give a minus on their rating! Not the first time I've had problems there.
