Tell me why we pull up at the store on Jan 3rd, 2022 at 2:30. There's a note in the door that says "Went to lunch, be back by 3:45" Thats way more than an hour for lunch because they've already been out before we got here...

Rachel is a scammer she charged me more than what I was told and when I tried to go get a refund she said there were no refunds so I’m out of luck please do no go hea !!

Overpriced services, I went to purchase a phone and the price out the door was $200 more than what the phone actually costs. According to the store the cost spiked due to taxes and activation. The taxes on the phone would've been around $36, so you mean to tell me that activation was almost $150. Needless to say I walked away without the phone went online and purchased it at cost, and will save myself the cost of activation by doing it myself.
