Bob assisted me in the men's department looking for a suit and was very helpful, knowledgeable on the fit, and genuinely nice to work with.

It was hard to find someone in the men’s department to help me. The first person I asked for help gave me a dismissive response and walked away. They did not seem to care about my inquiry. I later saw this person chatting up other customers and having conversations with them. Disappointed with the consistency of service. However, Chris in the men’s department was excellent with helping me and was able to order what I was looking for! Product selection is what you’d expect from Nordstrom

It had been some time since shopping at this store location. It remains to be an attractive and comfortable shopping experience with attentive sales staff. My disappointment on this trip was management's decision in not carrying Brahmin handbags and very limited selection on women's clothing.

Stopped in to purchase a swimsuit for my granddaughter was having trouble finding the one she wanted, the sales clerk Peyton went above and beyond to find the swimsuit. I couldn't be more appreciative he alone should receive over a 5 star rating.

I went shopping with a friend & while I didn't buy anything, the store was clean, it was nicely staged, well stocked & the staff were friendly, helpful & nice. Nordstrom rocks!

Awful. Wow, when did shopping in person become so useless?! Spent 30 minutes walking around the mens area in this Nordstrom and all I could think was how great the selection is when you SHOP ONLINE and how much easier it all is. There is little to nothing of interest here for me. They do seem to have a reasonable selection of jeans but they only carry inseams that are so long most people have to have them hemmed - hemmed jeans never really look right IMO. Also, nordstroms used to have salespeople who actually tried to help - where are they now? Nobody has approached me in 30 minutes here… and when I asked a couple of questions they seemed completely disinterested and abrupt. I’m going home to see what I can do online

I went to Nordstrom to buy some much needed clothes. I saw Francine and asked her to help me find something, and she did a fantastic job in helping me. She was very knowledgeable of all the brands and styles. She made something so stressful seem so easy. She definitely is passionate about her job and it showed. She was very easygoing and had a great attitude. I will definitely come back and shop. Thanks Francene 😊

The nice lady working the jewelry counter helped me quickly realize that I didn't have enough money to buy anything there lol! A little pricey for earrings for Valentines day. Very nice selection though.
