Another place that doesn't invest in the ppl with challenges. No elec wheelchair. For the cost of the items in this store that's the least they can do. I had to lv b4 I could finish looking due to my pain lvl

The most disturbing shopping experience ever just because of that one staff who works at the MK and CK shoes section. I worked closely with customers at my job so I learned how to treat them with respect, but clearly that staff did not learn any of it from his every day work at Macy’s. He basically accused me of making 4 staffs getting shoes for me and complained to my face that what I did wasn’t fair to other customers when all I ever did was to ask only one staff at a time and never asked again until that staff returns. I asked him for help because he was the only staff available at the time and there was no other customer approaching to him. If I don’t ask him, who am I gonna ask? Or did he expect me to wait around for twenty minutes till everyone became available again so he didn’t need to do his job? If that’s the service customers are getting after making a big purchase already, I wonder who would want to go back there and be “educated” again 😊

Good selection of items. Clean, comfortable, store. Needed an uncommon size suit on short notice. Staff worked hard to help and accommodate me. Will shop there more often.

I found dresses right off the rack for both of my granddaughters to wear to my son's wedding. They had a better selection than any store we visited. Returns are easy. They could use more help at the checkouts as there always seems to be a long wait to buy anything.

I had a wonderful experience working with Amtul in the Jewelry Department. I was looking for a few gifts and found something beautiful for myself too! She was extremely kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend working with her! (Also, I worked with her in May, just a little late to the review, but it was such a memorable experience that I wanted to make sure to post)

What can you say hang on Macy’s . I travel up and down the east coast for work and fishing. Most people don’t know how bad some of our mall are. These malls are a part of our neighborhoods.

If I could give one star, I would. I stopped by the perfumes and happened to come across 6 sets of “flower bomb “ which came with two perfumes marked for $53 and was advertised as a gift set . I asked to be rang up for 2 sets and was immediately greeted by a manager(Elijah) who said it was priced incorrect and proceeded to tell me I could separate the set and get them for $53 each. She then left in a hurry (my guess is she was hurrying to get home because the store was closing soon) the sales associate (Sharon) then told me I could not get the perfumes for the price the manager JUST told me I could! I told her I was going to complain to someone higher and I was taking pictures of the false advertising, and Sharon aggressively pulled the boxes I was taking pictures of to not allow me to get the photo. Well I do have photos to say the least and I am offended at how I was mistreated. I am a very frequent shopper here. I feel mislead and will be taking this complaint further.

I was completely mistreated by members of the staff. I am in the costumer service industry. I am a PA and work with children. I serve these kids and their families. I enjoy helping these clients. When I came into Macy's a previous weekend, I was both misspoke and Mistreated by staff, (two of which were managers). I can't keep quiet. I know I am not the only one that has been mistreated by people at this store. I don't believe in treating others disrespectfully especially when I would be on the clock. I am still speechless and hurt as to the lack of care that was shown.

Perfume area is really nice. I ended up buying one and returning it with no problems. Simply stated that because of infusions, they altered the way things smell on me and it was a no go for me. Sometimes though I'd just like to browse... not be helped by someone spraying things.
