Pretty unhelpful regarding customer service. I placed a mobile order for pick up and an hour in I called to ask if she could provide any further information on when it would be ready since I was traveling with my sick son to get the medication and things to help him feel better. She just said sorry no way I can help you and told me I would need to sit in the parking lot for up to “two hours” for it to be ready. When someone calls and is looking for help in these situation it wouldn’t hurt to attempt to see if the order is even being shopped yet.

My son visited today this store today (12/9/2021 7:30pm) to purchase me some cold medicine, I was under the weather could not go myself. He was told that he could not purchase the Dayquile/Nightquile combo pack even though he had his ID on him because a manager told him "You can't purchase that, I don't want to support substance abuse." I am inscenced at this assumption, and profiling of my child.

During my visit today, I interacted with three employees, and they all were extremely friendly. I bought all of the products that I intended to buy, but some products could have been stocked better. I did not have to wait in a line at the checkout. Prices were reasonable.

The staff is rather unhelpful, although they are somewhat polite. Drove here from another Target that was kind enough to do an inventory search of other local Target stores to see where I could buy the item I needed, and this store supposedly had 7. When I could not find it in the correct spot, I asked customer service to help. They said that it should be in the correct place, but if it wasn’t there, it could also just be randomly placed anywhere in the store. He made no effort to actually help me find the item, so I left.

This store has been going downhill for many, many years. It has the worst customer service that I have ever had at any Target store, so much so, that I rarely go to target anymore. They refused to price match an online price when clearly the application was showing a different price than in store ( a lampshade). It’s like the staff always wants to battle with you… it’s not like the price change is coming out of their paychecks. I tired price matching a carpet shampooer and they wouldn’t do it because the color at Target was red and the one at Walmart was blue. This store is also very dirty and dangerous as well. It’s a hazard walking in the front of the store as there is always junk, flats, and returned items on the floor. Avoid at all costs – I know I have and I now shop at Walmart where I know I’ll get better deals and way better customer service.
