Worst service I've ever experienced. My family and I traveled from Texas to Pittsburgh. We visited JCPenney for a gift for our relatives. The store only had two registers open. When we asked where the registers were, we were told to go to Sephora. The line was long but we waited. Eventually, a worker told us to go with her to the register at the Jewelry counter. It turned out that the system could not work, so we had to return to Sephora. At this point, the store was closing. We walked up to the Sephora register, where another worker was going to help us. She rolled her eyes when we explained the situation and sighed when we tried to input our loyalty number. When I asked for a small Sephora bag for my two Sephora items, the worker made an inpatient noise, opened the Sephora bag roughly, and plopped my items inside. She didn't place any tissue paper inside so I asked if she had any. She said "no I don't. Not at all." In addition she charged our items regular price and they were on sale. So sad that customers don't matter for JCPenney anymore . 😢

So, my brother, sister, and I were at this location and were looking for a poncho for my other sister. My brother tried it on and he was walking around thinking about buying it. All of a sudden, an employee, for no reason, said, are you guys planning on buying that. And because of that we did not buy the poncho.

I like JC Penney. This is a smallish store (one floor) but it is well-stocked, and the clerks were friendly.

This JCP at Ross Park has been condensed to one floor. They seemed to have limited inventory, but I was able to go in and find exactly what I was looking for- at a reasonable price. They even sale Big&Tall men's clothing. Love JCP!

I went to this store to pick up an online order and it was easy to do so, the one thing that I am confused about is why they have closed all the doors both from the inside of the mall and the outside on the top floor, the only ways in are on the ground level and there is only one outside entrance/exit on the ground level, I do hope they plan on reopening the other entrances/exits at some point in the future.

Ugg Not much to choose from. NO STEELER JERSIES. Outlandish prices. No longer my favorite store. Salesclerk was very rude when I asked for help.
