My fiancĂ© and I bought a refrigerator 7 months ago and and it has already went out on us. Called the store and customer service there sucks. They have no idea what they are selling. The manager told us they just sell the stuff they don’t know where it comes from. They told us they only sell new and scratch and dent items but their website says they sell refurbished as well. It’s sad that you spend over 2k and 7 months later the compressor goes out on what they call a “new item”. We will never buy appliances from American Freight. This store really needs help with customer service skills as well. Rude people. ~Stephanie

Sleep Number

Store = new employee didn’t give me all necessary info on return policy - headboard, leading to headquarters having to remove from my statement. Delivery was scheduled too early and chat room promised it would be changed until my caregiver would arrive at 11:00 AM. Bed arrived at 9:00AM. Nice delivery men were very kind but couldn’t help with the time causing me (80years old with MS to have to get up, move my car, and deal with my dog alone. This is the third attempt to get help with chat room and because I am am computer illiterate and type with one finger, I was cut off each time. You decide if my experience has been good! ~Lynn

The Original Mattress Factory

I never thought I'd say stuff like "best night of sleep ever" but it really is! I waited a month to post this to make sure I still felt that way. We got a king sized adjustable bed, two twins together, and it was a small fortune (we got top line memory foam mattress with adjustable bases, it was like $4,500 not including the frame) AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I just wish I also got the vibrating adjustable frame for $100 more. We've paid a lot for prior mattresses and they felt really good and were long lasting, but I like firm and wife likes soft, and she watches TV in bed late and I don't, so we went with two twins together. We have the comfort we both want and she can sit up and I can lay flat. And the seam in the middle is fine. I rarely notice it and no regrets but there should be an add-on to make it better. ~Deen

Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Was told upon purchasing my couch that I was to schedule pickup on their app. We schedule the appointment a week out for pickup in the morning so we could pickup and travel the 30 minutes back home to finish moving. The lady behind the counter went to check in the back and said that it would not be ready for another 2.5 hours. I do not understand that if we had a scheduled appointment, why we were not informed that it would not be ready when we arrived. After telling us that it would be another 2.5 hours, the clerk enthusiastically looked specifically at me and said I could go shopping! This rubbed me the wrong way since it seemed that shopping was her cure all to the issue. So we leave and return after the 2.5 hours, check in, wait outside and then man unloading the truck comes out after 20 minutes and tells us that our order is still not ready. We are not given a time for pick up and they are going to call us when it was finally ready. We give up and go home then receive a call about an hour and a half later saying that our order was finally ready but we only have a 3 hour window at that point to pick it up or we would have to come back another day. I am not blaming the man unloading the truck but my pick up was at 11:30am and I was was not able to pick up my couch until 4pm. THE SCHEDULING SYSTEM NEEDS TO CHANGE OR YOU NEED TO INFORM COSTUMERS AHEAD OF TIME IF THERE WILL BE A DELAY! Upon setting up the couch, there were no instructions to set up the legs of the couch or the chaise. We looked on the website and contacted costumer service but no instructions could be found on their end either. I'm assuming this is so you have to pay for them to come set it up for you. Trying to get the legs set up was annoying because there was so much extra fabric and stuffing that we had to cut it away to get the legs to stay on flat. if we kept the extra fabric as is, the couch would have been lopsided and unusable. After finally getting it set up, there is a HORRIBLE smell that is coming off of the chaise arm rest. No matter what I try to do to get the smell to go away I cannot. The one star is only for the truck driver because he was honest, sympathetic and also seemed annoyed that reception would not keep us updated. ~Jessica

Phil was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and he found my mom the perfect mattress. The prices are very reasonable especially compared to their competitors. Kitchen Cabinet Factory Outlet

I ordered cabinet doors from Artillio. Emailed him the correct sizes. He ordered one door the wrong size. When I pointed out it did not match the size in my email. He said the error was also on his Bill of Sale and I paid it. So the fault lies with me. Do yourself a favor
 deal with a Big Box store that can afford to fix their errors. I would not recommend dealing with these people to anyone. ~Michael

Mattress Firm Mt Lebanon

We came to the mattress firm in Mt. Lebanon seeking our first mattress. My husband and I have never mattress shopped before. We were greeted my Michael. Throughout the process Michael was extremely helpful answering any questions we had and was very honest. He never pushed the most expensive mattress on us, and explained make/models of they types we liked. He helped us work within our budget, and provided us with contact info if we were not satisfied on delivery day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are so pleased with our mattress. We would recommend working with him to anyone! ~rachel

JCPenney

Worst service I've ever experienced. My family and I traveled from Texas to Pittsburgh. We visited JCPenney for a gift for our relatives. The store only had two registers open. When we asked where the registers were, we were told to go to Sephora. The line was long but we waited. Eventually, a worker told us to go with her to the register at the Jewelry counter. It turned out that the system could not work, so we had to return to Sephora. At this point, the store was closing. We walked up to the Sephora register, where another worker was going to help us. She rolled her eyes when we explained the situation and sighed when we tried to input our loyalty number. When I asked for a small Sephora bag for my two Sephora items, the worker made an inpatient noise, opened the Sephora bag roughly, and plopped my items inside. She didn't place any tissue paper inside so I asked if she had any. She said "no I don't. Not at all." In addition she charged our items regular price and they were on sale. So sad that customers don't matter for JCPenney anymore . 😱 ~Gloria

Pretty unhelpful regarding customer service. I placed a mobile order for pick up and an hour in I called to ask if she could provide any further information on when it would be ready since I was traveling with my sick son to get the medication and things to help him feel better. She just said sorry no way I can help you and told me I would need to sit in the parking lot for up to “two hours” for it to be ready. When someone calls and is looking for help in these situation it wouldn’t hurt to attempt to see if the order is even being shopped yet. ~Aisha
