We came to the mattress firm in Mt. Lebanon seeking our first mattress. My husband and I have never mattress shopped before. We were greeted my Michael. Throughout the process Michael was extremely helpful answering any questions we had and was very honest. He never pushed the most expensive mattress on us, and explained make/models of they types we liked. He helped us work within our budget, and provided us with contact info if we were not satisfied on delivery day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are so pleased with our mattress. We would recommend working with him to anyone!

Fantastic experience and George (the sales rep) was such a pro. We needed a new tempurpedic, told him we wanted whatever was closest to what they made 10years ago because we really liked our old one. He could have said it was one of the more expensive ones but didn't (it was actually the cheapest one they had). We started there, he explained the pros and cons of each with no pressure and we ended up selecting a few models up. Then their computer was acting up when we were checking out, he let us know it would be a minute and with a cool head got everything worked out. He even offered to take our info and send a link for the purchase after if we needed to leave. True class act. Would definitely shop here again.
