I must say that I’ve been into 2 AT&T stores in the last month to purchase items and I’ve worked with Jack and Wesley and John at this location and have had nothing but positive experiences. This location restores my faith in AT&T - fabulous and quick service from people who know what they’re doing! Big shout out to the Pace store!

Wesley is by far the best we have ever had in buying a phone. Very knowledgeable and helpful. This is normally not my favorite process but he made it enjoyable. I highly recommend searching for him if he is available.

Dylan and Jack were fantastic!! They were so helpful and stayed with me through the entire process. They worked as quickly as possible and made everything I needed to happen, happen and more. Thank you for hiring competent store employees that care and treat you like a real person and not a dollar sign. There was only one person who was kind of a jerk and told me " he was surprised I was given a credit at all". I didn't catch his name but he seemed like the manager of the day (5-8-22) and was pretty rude. Any of the other guys deserved to be the manager besides him. Overall, once that guy left us alone, the process was awesome!

Jack helped me beyond well. My experience with him was superbly done . He fixed issues with 3 phones and in a fast manner. He answered all questions with knowledge and speed. As we worked together several other employees came over and asked him questions about services and he fastly answered and sent them on their way with the needed info to finish the help with other customers. This man deserves a raise and promotion.
