I have been having difficulty when dealing with the IT department and staff. Am frustrated with the technical issues. I am a loyal customer and pay my bills on time, BUT, the one time my phone app didn't work, I had to go to the store to make my payment and got charged for doing so. I spent my career in accounting and management and I know that the fee you charge is the cost of doing business and customers should not be charged, interestingly, you collected extra money, a lesser amount was charged to my checking account. Where did my money and into someone's pockets. Dishonest.

The new store manager Kaitlyn is awesome. She knows what she is doing and takes the time to help you and make things right for you. She is very friendly. The store is very clean. The other workers are very nice also. If the store does not have the item you need she will do her best to get it for you. Recommend this store to anyone. Best Cricket store in Florida.

Don't go there and deal with an associate named Tori she will lie and tell her boss and coworkers you were rude and cussed her when you didnt. Also she testedt positive for covid and feels she still shouldnt need to wear a mask. Becareful if go there.

Our local office is great. Ashton was wonderful. BUT I added my daughter to our line the day after the auto payment came out for the account. This was Saturday at noon. Sunday I get a text stating they are about to pull more money out of my bank account for the added line even though she paid everything required with cash while we were in the office. So after an hour spent in the local office, 2 online representatives and talking to 2 different reps over the phone we were told that what she paid in cash isn't showing (keep in mind I have the ACTUAL receipt where we paid AND Ashton told the phone reps that he was the one that handled the transaction and that everything was in fact paid for and they basically said there was nothing they could do because the payment wasn't showing) so they had pulled payment for adding her line out of the money that they had taken out of my bank account to pay for the 2 lines we already had, which now means her line was paid for but our payment for the previous lines was now shorted till what she paid in cash posted to the system. After then calling the district manager we are told that maybe the payment was just slow posting because it was Sunday. So Ashton turned off the auto pay so my account wouldn't be charged 2x and I was told it would be handled by the end of the day. Fast forward to today, Monday morning and not only has her payment NOT posted, but now the original 2 lines have been DEACTIVATED.....after they have pulled $100 out of my account and paying another $96 for my daughter's phone and service!!!! I am BEYOND PISSED right now. Why in the world is it taking this damn long for a payment to post?!!
