While ordering chicken tenders, I asked them to prepare a fresh set out of the oil. I then paid and was told it might be awhile because they had to drop them. I agreed to wait, because on 2 prior occasions I had to come back and get a new order because they tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. When I reached the window to get my order a manager stated “We have tenders that came out 7 minutes ago, and if you want to wait we can drop new ones. I was SHOCKED! I ordered what I wanted, paid for it and for a manager to try and discourage me from getting what I paid for is unethical. To think this restaurant would have did better from past complaints, only showed me that they are not interested in having good customer service. They also stated “they could only give small or large drinks out, because the entire KFC company doesn’t have any medium size cups. So, I had to direct them to pour out the small drinks with ice and to give me a large drink with no ice. You think they would have did this since it wasn’t the customers fault they didn’t have medium size cups, but still wanted you to pay the order price. I left with the tenders that had been sitting out for 7 or more minutes (look at the holding rack lines in the posted pictures),that’s why I posted this review. I paid for an order, I didn’t ask for. Please hire happy employees that have had customer service and ethical training. ~Ms
