Great experience! Great service! The attendant Brian that assisted me was very professional and friendly. I came in to purchase brake pads and rotors. They only had 1 of the rotors in stock. Instead of sending me to another location, and literally only having a 2 minute window to order the part from another location to come in the same day, he was able to get the part I needed. I feel Brian's service was exceptional. In addition to that, he saved me an extra $60! Thanks Brian!! ~Marcella

First time at this location in Milton. We normally shop in Crestview, FL. I was very impressed with how many employees were available to help and all of them asking if we needed help. Definitely not used to that level of service at our home location. The cashiers were very friendly and upbeat. I really liked the way the store was arranged, too. Overall, it felt like the employees wanted us to shop there instead of like we were bothering them. Very happy with the visit! ~Shannon

While ordering chicken tenders, I asked them to prepare a fresh set out of the oil. I then paid and was told it might be awhile because they had to drop them. I agreed to wait, because on 2 prior occasions I had to come back and get a new order because they tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. When I reached the window to get my order a manager stated “We have tenders that came out 7 minutes ago, and if you want to wait we can drop new ones. I was SHOCKED! I ordered what I wanted, paid for it and for a manager to try and discourage me from getting what I paid for is unethical. To think this restaurant would have did better from past complaints, only showed me that they are not interested in having good customer service. They also stated “they could only give small or large drinks out, because the entire KFC company doesn’t have any medium size cups. So, I had to direct them to pour out the small drinks with ice and to give me a large drink with no ice. You think they would have did this since it wasn’t the customers fault they didn’t have medium size cups, but still wanted you to pay the order price. I left with the tenders that had been sitting out for 7 or more minutes (look at the holding rack lines in the posted pictures),that’s why I posted this review. I paid for an order, I didn’t ask for. Please hire happy employees that have had customer service and ethical training. ~Ms

The guy working in the office was very friendly and helpful! Thank you. We did the mobile checkin - prepare for a lot of questions! Have patience. Lol it’s convenient if you don’t want to wait for the office to open or need to have the truck late. The large truck wasn’t in the greatest shape but it did the job. I needed 2 tires and an alignment on my pickup. I went to the website just before noon, ordered the 2 tires I needed and scheduled an alignment for the following day at 10:00 a.m. through their website. I received an email confirmation that my order was received and they would see me the next morning. I headed out to my appointment at around 9:15 a.m. because I live about 45 minutes away. At 9:30 they called to ask where I ordered my tires as they didn't have them yet. I explained it was all done through their website and I had an email confirmation. I was advised that they could get the tires in about 2 hours but it would be an additional cost. No sorry for the inconvenience; no indication they would help or make it right. I decided to proceed and planned to be there around noon. At 12:10 p.m., I called because I had not heard anything and was told the tires wouldn't be there until after 1:00 p.m. and they couldn't even start my job until after 2:00 p.m. Again, no sorry for your inconvenience or attempt to make it right and a very "deal with it" attitude. The whole point of going early was because I had to be at work that afternoon. I am disappointed in the whole interaction and the complete lack of customer care. ~Ryan
