I needed 2 tires and an alignment on my pickup. I went to the website just before noon, ordered the 2 tires I needed and scheduled an alignment for the following day at 10:00 a.m. through their website. I received an email confirmation that my order was received and they would see me the next morning. I headed out to my appointment at around 9:15 a.m. because I live about 45 minutes away. At 9:30 they called to ask where I ordered my tires as they didn't have them yet. I explained it was all done through their website and I had an email confirmation. I was advised that they could get the tires in about 2 hours but it would be an additional cost. No sorry for the inconvenience; no indication they would help or make it right. I decided to proceed and planned to be there around noon. At 12:10 p.m., I called because I had not heard anything and was told the tires wouldn't be there until after 1:00 p.m. and they couldn't even start my job until after 2:00 p.m. Again, no sorry for your inconvenience or attempt to make it right and a very "deal with it" attitude. The whole point of going early was because I had to be at work that afternoon. I am disappointed in the whole interaction and the complete lack of customer care.

Wanted to get oil change and tire rotation, they said they didn't have enough help,so I could only get oil change,when I arrived there were four pt in first building alone and undetermined number in second building,two of the four in first building couldn't stay off their telephones, second building had loud music that was extremely loud even in first building, so all I got was oil change ,no tire rotation, employee s did not exude confidence. I probably won't go back

Great service here for oil changes and general maintenance. I had a new alternator put in which a month later turned out to be a bad part from the manufacturer. Top notch service. Guys working we’re super friendly and efficient. They let me know that it would be a good idea to swap out my engine and cabin filters. They didn’t have any in stock, but told me where I could get them and what the cost should be. I let them know that Honda was going to charge me 600 to swap them out with an oil change. He told me I could bring them back to him and he would do it for me at no cost. I did not take him up on the offer, but it was much appreciated. Highly recommend this location. I stopped by for a flat repair during a busy time frame and they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! They got me taken care of within a matter of minutes! The people here are very professional and the prices are very fair. I took my car here to get my tire patched and it cost $26 with tax and the patch is good for the life of the tire. I like having the peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, these guys will be there to help. Definitely recommend this place for oil changes and quick tire repairs.

I use Express Oil Change for my oil change every time. They are quick and priced almost the same as the competition that makes you wait an hour or more. Time is money for me and my business. My most recent oil change had a little mishap. The filter gasket was folded over when it was screwed in, no one's fault really. I got a mile down the road and thought it was on fire it was smoking soo bad. They had a tech to my location in 10 minutes and fixed it in the gas station parking lot. I came back and they cleaned the engine bay of all the oil and replaced the serpentine belt because it was saturated with oil. I would definitely recommend using this company for your oil changes!
