Normally I give this store high rateing but sence they don't offer to check my car computer and auto zone is happy to computer check my system I really don't know why that autozone will provide service for free and advanced auto won't I was a diehard customer of advanced auto but now have give autozone my business because advance auto refusal to give my car a computer program check

Great experience! Great service! The attendant Brian that assisted me was very professional and friendly. I came in to purchase brake pads and rotors. They only had 1 of the rotors in stock. Instead of sending me to another location, and literally only having a 2 minute window to order the part from another location to come in the same day, he was able to get the part I needed. I feel Brian's service was exceptional. In addition to that, he saved me an extra $60! Thanks Brian!!

Never tried this company before, usually opt for one of their competitors but today I gave it a go. The person helping me, Brian, was amazing. Took me right to everything I needed and even gave suggestions on how to best solve my issue. Safe to say, I've been converted and this will be my first spot for any of my auto needs. Walked in, no greeting. Went to counter and asked about a battery. Was told that no one else was there to help install as a person went on an errand and couldn't provide a return time. They directed us to go somewhere else. I will never be back.

Man working on April 29, 2021 at 4:30pm refused to put two batteries that I spent over $300 on because he said it was against company policy before ever walking out to my husband's vehicle to look. I called them after my husband got home and told me and guy said it was because he was missing a bolt and corroded. How did he know that if he never went out to look in the 1st place.?! Lazy and terrible customer service by him. Never will purchase from the Pace store again.

Always a helpful staff. If you know what you want, you can order online to save a few bucks and pick it up in the store. If you're not sure, the knowledgeable folks there will give their best advice.

They had the headlight I needed but had already looked part number up that I needed in my car manual. The sales associate never got off of the phone while he rung me up or heard the request to make sure it was correct one. I was shocked at the lack of respect and his realization that he was at work not at home. I hope it was an isolated case and not the norm for this establishment.

Great customer service. They didn't even have to look up the part I was in search of before informing me that the only one they carry is the Chevy version and they could special order it for my Dodge ram. They also suggested that I should contact kickers you pull it to see if they may have a truck there I could pull it from.
