Who ever owns this KFC, I can assure you that you are not paying these people enough. Excellent service. Hot and fresh food. Please make sure your employees know they are doing a great job! THIS KFC ROCKS!!!

While ordering chicken tenders, I asked them to prepare a fresh set out of the oil. I then paid and was told it might be awhile because they had to drop them. I agreed to wait, because on 2 prior occasions I had to come back and get a new order because they tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. When I reached the window to get my order a manager stated “We have tenders that came out 7 minutes ago, and if you want to wait we can drop new ones. I was SHOCKED! I ordered what I wanted, paid for it and for a manager to try and discourage me from getting what I paid for is unethical. To think this restaurant would have did better from past complaints, only showed me that they are not interested in having good customer service. They also stated “they could only give small or large drinks out, because the entire KFC company doesn’t have any medium size cups. So, I had to direct them to pour out the small drinks with ice and to give me a large drink with no ice. You think they would have did this since it wasn’t the customers fault they didn’t have medium size cups, but still wanted you to pay the order price. I left with the tenders that had been sitting out for 7 or more minutes (look at the holding rack lines in the posted pictures),that’s why I posted this review. I paid for an order, I didn’t ask for. Please hire happy employees that have had customer service and ethical training.

I got the 8 piece Tenders bucket for dinner forv3adults. The special recipe fries might as well been normal unseasoned fries. They had no flavor. They were also limp and soggy. Also, one of the Tenders that I ate had a piece of inedible gristle in it.

Got 12 piece Bucket Meal(originalrecipestyle) , the chicken was over cooked to the point of the meat being dry and the fried skin had a burnt taste to it. The biscuits where hard and dry. If you look at their menu online before you go to the restaurant to know what you are going to order beware that not all menu items online can you order in the restaurant.

We ordered the famous bowl. Was kind of disappointing. The little pieces of chicken tasted old not much chicken mainly breading. Quite a bit of plain potatoes with very little gravy. We had to go back up and order an extra dish of gravy to help. On the plus side the cookie was good

Drive thru line was moving slow, I think the girl at the window was new but she was trying. We had to repeat our order over three times and we still got the wrong stuff. Another lady took over and got us the right stuff and told us to keep what we already had. They were out of popcorn chicken, instead we asked for tenders on our Famous Bowls and they made it happen. We understand the circumstances and at least they fixed the mistakes. We will be back.

KFC is a great place for chicken. I love the original recipe. Wish they had a spicy recipe. They have very good meal deals and you walk away satisfied.

Disappointing visit. First off... the employees were all VERY nice and did what they had been taught to do. So here goes.... We arrived at 8:20 PM. Well over an hour before close. All the side items were out of the heating unit and heat wells were being cleaned. Bulk containers. The side items were not made up so we had to wait to scoop up and prepare, from the bulk containers on the counter, out of the heat. Mash potatoes and gravy were cold. The girl that handed me my drink cups stuck here fingers inside of each cup, as she gave them to us. She did the same with the side item containers she filled. Disgusting habit. They were cleaning the lobby and corralled the few customers into a small area, which is fine... but the tables we had to choose from were dirty. They were more interested in closing on time than taking care of the customers that were there. I had bbq tenders, and the sauce looked like soup. They had zero flavor, and had a powdery texture. The man sitting in the next booth actually had the same meal, and said the same thing! As we left I asked him his opinion and he said it was pretty bad. The restrooms were clean. Soda was very over carbonated and we had a long wait to finish pouring. Soda was syrupy and not good. They REALLY need to calibrate the Pepsi flavor dispenser. A less than mediocre visit.
