First time at this location in Milton. We normally shop in Crestview, FL. I was very impressed with how many employees were available to help and all of them asking if we needed help. Definitely not used to that level of service at our home location. The cashiers were very friendly and upbeat. I really liked the way the store was arranged, too. Overall, it felt like the employees wanted us to shop there instead of like we were bothering them. Very happy with the visit!

Charged a delivery fee for carpet that sat in their store that should have been delivered to our house but no one knew or bothered to check if that was still an option. We were not even notified because the carpet was in the wrong name even though it was correct on pur paperwork. After going back and forth for over a week this was the only way we could get the carpet after waiting weeks. I love paying for other people's mistakes.

Not one person asked if they could help my husband and I today. We were looking for about 5 items. They only upside was the kid who loaded up our mulch! We always receive such better service at the other store - the one that's orange in color.

Don't buy any appliances from thus location. I bought a Kenmore upright freezer. First, the person who helped us with the purchase, put the wrong last name on the order. Then when we picked it up, they couldn't find it because it had the wrong last name. That was a huge ordeal. Then, day 31, it stopped working. I called the store to ask for help, but of course they have a new policy that says after 30 days they can't help and they it needs to go through the the manufacturers. I called and created a case. It's been 4 months now and I still haven't received a call back. Not worth the hassle. Next time I will go to Home Dept or anywhere else.

I have been calling this store since 9:00 am this morning. Noone answers the phone. I bought a washer and dryer back in April. They didn't code it properly for the same as cash offer on the credit card. I went back in June they returned everything and redid the transaction only to again not code it properly. Thats why I have been trying to call so I don't have to make the drive out there since I live a little far out. I am on the phone with corporate right now and guess what surprisingly they don't answer either.

Went to location to ask about on 7/7 for dryer in appliance. Was told 2 were available for 7/8 ordered and had delivery setup for 7/10. Get a call a 9:20PM to tell me its sold out after employee told me it was available on next truck. Manager told me all other Pensacola locations have it instock so they cancel my order so I can order there. EVERY OTHER LOCATION WAS SOLD OUT! Despite what the manager told me!

First of all I had help from Brittany in the garden center. She was excellent! Very knowledgeable & friendly! I was able to purchase something that I felt would take care of my problem. Lowe's is always friendly & always willing to help!

“Trey” helped me find the perfect blinds for my living room and back door! I’m very indecisive and scatterbrained… but he still put up with me for over an hour! He helped me price-compare, he was very knowledgeable and I’m pretty sure he stayed past his clock-out time just to finish helping me. Great customer service! I wish there were more employees like this everywhere!

My husband and I went into store to get some things for our yard. Collin in lawn and Garden was so helpful and patience. He loaded our items into the truck after checking our receipt for the purchase. Everyone was helpful around getting everyone loaded on this busy Saturday morning. Great team work !

This was possibly the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I never received a call for when the driver would be here. The delivery men weren’t prepared, & didn’t have tools the needed. They damaged my door frame, made a huge mess with water on my floor & the new fridge didn’t even work, because they didn’t install it properly. My groceries sat out on the counter for almost 4 hours, In a warm house because they removed my front door, & I had to throw most of it away. Was told by Richard at Lowes to just put everything back into the fridge ( even though everything is hot and defrosted). Have to wait a week for a fridge to come in & will probably have this same experience again.
