Very unorganized when your coming to pick up orders and returning orders. The customer service representative’s are taking returns and pickup orders in the customer service line and not allowing the return personal to do so. Please get this organized better. No one wants to wait in line for a return when there picking up a previously ordered item and or getting a purchase receipt printed.

Do you have an employee that waters the plants and flowers?? It breaks my heart to see all the flowers that are dying from dehydration. Only to get thrown into the dumpster?? What a waste and very disheartening. Ive bought some plants on clearance that were barely hanging in there and brought them back to life...the garden department needs to step up and do their job and maintain these plants...i understand this is FLORIDA and it's freaking hot here, but can't someone grab a water hose?? many of us shop the garden center, not tools.....take pride in your inventory

Most anything for your home, yard, or garden can be found here. Prices are reasonable. Good variety of most items. Some things I can only get here, like refills for my Coleman mosquitoe lantern. Was looking for new mailbox post, so many different types.

Terrible communication and customer service. We verified on Saturday that our delivery that is scheduled for Monday was still on schedule. My wife and I both took off from work to ensure that the delivery and install went well. At noon we called to find out what time they would deliver. At this time we were told it was postponed due to one accessory not arriving(we ordered 6 appliances with all accessories and installation). Delivery company blames HomeDepot and Home Depot blames delivery company. A ridiculous waste of time and money on my part. Update: new range was scheduled for delivery and install today as well as the stacking kit for my washer and dryer. This was confirmed yesterday with home depot and the delivery company. (Home Depot manager does not return phone calls) Shipping company called @ 9 this morning to cancel delivery. Informed us that delivery was rescheduled for two weeks from now. We had them give us the address and picked up and installed ourselves. Home Depot can go kick rocks.

They normally have what I’m looking for if it’s something for the yard or garden. They will load up your soil/mulch if ya ask for help, so that’s always nice! You can occasionally find some good deal on plants around spring/summer. They also have a good selection of stepping stones/ pacers for the garden. Don’t forget to check the inside and outside areas for plants!

I have to say every time I go to this store I am impressed. My husband and I would rather travel to this store than to stop by our local Lowes, where you have to search for someone to ask a question. THIS Home Depot is the best. We always feel like we get helped there and real help where the store person follows all the way through with helping you get your project underway. It is refreshing to know that customer service is still alive!!!

As a large store, this location is quite busy across all hours and days. To accommodate this, staff is helpful and attentive and is always nearby when having questions to ask. Visiting the gardening section regularly, the plant selection is high to supply every gardner's needs. However, I will note that aisles are generally blocked with store equipment scattered throughout them, which limits customer mobility in addition to visibility when searching for needed items.
