Best wheel alignment service in Pace, Florida (FL) 2024

I needed 2 tires and an alignment on my pickup. I went to the website just before noon, ordered the 2 tires I needed and scheduled an alignment for the following day at 10:00 a.m. through their website. I received an email confirmation that my order was received and they would see me the next morning. I headed out to my appointment at around 9:15 a.m. because I live about 45 minutes away. At 9:30 they called to ask where I ordered my tires as they didn't have them yet. I explained it was all done through their website and I had an email confirmation. I was advised that they could get the tires in about 2 hours but it would be an additional cost. No sorry for the inconvenience; no indication they would help or make it right. I decided to proceed and planned to be there around noon. At 12:10 p.m., I called because I had not heard anything and was told the tires wouldn't be there until after 1:00 p.m. and they couldn't even start my job until after 2:00 p.m. Again, no sorry for your inconvenience or attempt to make it right and a very "deal with it" attitude. The whole point of going early was because I had to be at work that afternoon. I am disappointed in the whole interaction and the complete lack of customer care. ~Ryan
