Matthew was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He helped me get the most for my $$$. All though it takes a while to get everything done he was very nice and helped another customer while my phone was doing it’s thing. Worked very efficiently. I am very pleased. Thank you Matthew 😊

Horrible customer service. I ordered a phone to be picked up at this location, was told the phone was ready and that they closed at 6pm today. Arrived here 28 minutes ago at 430 to see a paper "closed" sign on the door right next to the hours saying 10-6pm today and the customer service rep working with customers inside the store. Service rep just made repeated throat slashing gestures and wouldn't even come to the door. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to pick up my phone when I work 8-7 M-F, and aren't open the posted hours on Saturday. I'm sure Consumer Advocacy @ gowireless will want to hear more details and be even more unhelpful.

Eduardo was very professional, kind, and patient with me. I was at the store for no less than 3 hours trying to troubleshoot a phone I bought. While he was helping me he would help other customers while IT was working on my phone. He is a master multi-tasker.

The guy the guys who work there including the manager they are very rude inconsiderate they lie to you about one thing and then try to change their mind and raise and jack up the prices after they quoted you a different price when you actually go to buy it when you ask for help with your phone they do not help you I brought my husband back up there with me and it was like night and day of how they wanted to act as if they were being friendly and kind but when they were walking out my husband heard one of the guys snicker and made a rude comment . All I can say is there's better places around town I would avoid this place at all costs especially if you're female and you don't want to get treated like you have no brains

I was very disappointed today, when I came in there was few people ahead of me I had no problem waiting but what made me mad is that Dylan was by himself the day after Christmas a very busy day and his Manager decided that She didn't want to come in not cool for someone that's in Customer Service!! Dylan was very Patient I was Happy with his service 😊

This style is under new management and I can't recommend visiting it enough. I got a new phone (first time Samsung user) and created a new account. I needed help learning how to use the phone & was given as much time as I needed. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and plans. She was also very patient with me and helped me make sure I was signed into everything I needed before I left. She also made sure to save me as much money as possible & who doesn't love that. Use this store for all of your phone needs!

My experience with Chris at this particular location was amazing! I went in feeling a little defeated and thinking I wouldn’t be able to get a new phone and with his help I walked out with several new things. He was very friendly and got me my new iPhone 11. He helped me with several issues I had as well, and I felt very welcomed in there. My customer service experience there was above and beyond! I even had to come back the next day with an issue and he jumped right to it and took care of the problem. I’m very pleased I switched over to Verizon and was happy that I got to deal with Chris as my representative. I look forward to going back to this location! 😁

My brother picked up a new flip-phone for my 88 year old mother as she had broken hers. However, this new phone was a newer model. It had a smaller navigation bar, smaller numbers, and just wouldn't work for her. (My mother has moderate Parkinson's Disease) I tried to take the phone back on three different occasions. However, the pin number I had wouldn't work for the return. Finally, I met Christopher K... By that time, all the employees kind of new me. But none of the staff was able to help me. This young man was different. It took him a several attempts. And, in about 30 minutes, he did it. I was so pleased. What this young man did to help me was admirable because he wouldn't give up. He went above the call. I hope his upper management sees this review. Because if you do, please give him an at-a-boy. He's is very polite and a great employee. Thank you so much.
