7 Best cell phone store in Pensacola, Florida (FL) 2024

I went in to see about switching my phone lines from Boost Mobile to At&t and was greeted by Ryan Martin. He was so nice. He took his time to explain the plans, the specials on the phones and everything. He was the only one working at the time but when customers came in he greeted them and told them he would be right with them. He continuously checked on them as he was still working with me to bring my devices from one carrier to you all. It was an amazing experience!!! Thank you Ryan for bringing my family to AT&T. ~Kenan

Matthew was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He helped me get the most for my $$$. All though it takes a while to get everything done he was very nice and helped another customer while my phone was doing it’s thing. Worked very efficiently. I am very pleased. Thank you Matthew 😊 ~Vera

My mother and I stopped in the 9 mile store last Wednesday to get my mother a new cell phone. We had the good fortune to talk to Brianna who was extremely helpful. Since we had an issue getting into the account she explained what we needed to do when we spoke with Customer Service. She also showed us some phones so we would know what we wanted when we returned. The next day all was settled with Customer Service, we purchased the phone and all was set up correctly. Brianna was so efficient but most importantly she was so nice and respectful to my 90 year old mother! Great job Brianna! ~Nancy

A drive through is convenient when it’s raining. Like today. This location prefers customers come inside and order themselves on a kiosk. It is a neat kiosk. I have passed this location several times over the past 4 months. Just noticed it! I probably will not stop if it’s raining in the future . ~Nicole

OMG John F. was amazing. He was on the phone trying to resolve an issue with my new Moxee hot spot device for over 1 1/2 hours. But after tenacious due diligence and a amazing customer service attitude the issue got resolved. AT&T should be proud to have employees like John helping their customers. ~Robert

Both times I’ve went , the reps have been more than helpful. They actually go above & beyond. Raphael helped me out today & had so much patience & got my issue fixed after using almost 2 hours of his time. Even though it might be a little bit of a wait , they’re doing their absolute best at helping each customer with top-tier customer service as great employees should. Complaining about a wait time because they’re helping someone fix their problems doesn’t fix anything because you’re not complaining when your problems getting fixed. ~Dustin
