Went into cricket to get my phone switched to a new one. The sales associate Tiffany Hester was by far the best sales associate you could find at cricket. She was extremely helpful and I had a great conversation while she helped me switch all my data from one phone to the Next.

I have never had such a great experience at a phone store before! Wow! Diana, the awesome employee that helped me with my transition to cricket wireless, was phenomenal! I am so impressed with how everything went. 10/10 would switch phones carriers just to switch back to get the fantastic service I received there today again. Amazing. I got exactly what I wanted plus some. And I paid exactly what I thought I was gonna pay. I was not floozied into stuff I didn’t want or need. I was taken care of properly! Thanks!

So here's the thing... We walked in and it was so outrageously hot in that store! We were immediately greeted by the lady in there "Hi what can i do for yall today?" To which our response was TURN ON THE AIR! She explained that the air had been broke for sometime and they keep trying to get someone in there to fix it. I feel like that's unacceptable. There is no reason that girl should have to be working in those conditions. Not to mention it is miserable for customers! Me and my husband were both drenched in sweat. Trying to handle business while dealing with a hot, sweaty, very irritated toddler. Management really needs to push to get someone in there and fix that AC. If we hadn't been in the situation where we had to switch phones that night then we would have definitely gone somewhere else and given them our money. My only other complaint is that we both wanted to get a more expensive phone that we would be making payments on and first it was "well only one of you can do it" which i feel is a very stupid business decision. But then when we accepted it "the system was down". We tried to start the application process numerous times and couldn't even get off the first page. But all that being said the employee was nice in spite of the horrible work conditions. And we didn't leave with the phones we wanted but they are better than what we had. So i guess that's something. And so far im happy with the better signal.

Great experience. These ladies know there stuff. Took in two new Alcatel 3V phones from Wal-Mart and they had my cells set up in minutes and on my way.

Went in & saw the Cricket representative about purchasing 2 new phones. For my wife & me. They had a good selection of phones. The reps were pretty friendly and helpful about the phones they had. I ended up buying the LG Stylo 3, for the wife. I bought the LG X Charge. Both are great phones on a great network.

There were only 2 locations in town I would even go to and with Cervantes closed, this will be my only location. The customer service is great and the cell service is phenomenal. I can actually save the money I used to spend with other carriers to invest in a brighter future for my family.

A month ago we transferred our phones for the group discount plan. Very pleased with the customer service folks. They were very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. We are pleased with our plan and service so far. The only thing was either they failed to tell us of the $25 activation fee or we missed it. Overall we very pleased.

I found that this was the best and fastest service ive ever recieved when activating a new phone! The staff was extremely friendly and were knowledgeable. Not like most places ive been. Would recommend this location for anyone wanting to join Cricket
