Worst experience with cell phone since i swapped from Verizon.. unless connected to wi-fi this phone will not connect to network rendering useless.. so MAD ATT employees or phone reps can't figure out connectivity issue.. Been to 2 different AT&T Stores 6 times spending 4 1/2 hrs at my last visit.. duh

I went in to see about switching my phone lines from Boost Mobile to At&t and was greeted by Ryan Martin. He was so nice. He took his time to explain the plans, the specials on the phones and everything. He was the only one working at the time but when customers came in he greeted them and told them he would be right with them. He continuously checked on them as he was still working with me to bring my devices from one carrier to you all. It was an amazing experience!!! Thank you Ryan for bringing my family to AT&T.

Ryan Martin is amazing. His knowledge of product is great and his customer service skills are excellent. I've never had a problem he has not been able to solve. Ryan never makes you feel uncomfortable asking questions. Ryan is the best.

Before going to the store I had called a staff member for help and asked for phones in stock. The staff went the extra mile and physically checked to see how many and exactly what kind of Iphone 13 and colors were in stock. When I arrived to the store I had a great experience and with the staff. Ryan was helping me and worked my bill so it didn’t go any hire then what I’ve been paying each month. He mentioned some great deals with me and I took advantage of it. He was extremely helpful, personable and respectful. Music playing in the store added a good vibe for me especially because i enjoy listening to good R&B oldies. songs. All staff were personable and I enjoyed the conversations and laughs.
