I initially had Sprint service; and needed to replace my Sims card with T-mobile Sims Card. I was out of state; and stopped by the first store that I could get to in a timely manner. The gentleman who assisted me was a person of few words...he got done what needed to be done, and I was on my way. I only wish that I had asked to keep the old Sims card, to use in another phone, maybe.

Horrible customer service. The young lady that greeted us had no clue about any of the products or services. I didn't get her name because she spent more time running to ask other staff members for answers to our questions than she spent actually speaking with us. To make it worse, in my opinion, the other staff members did nothing to step in and assist "the customer" have a positive experience. We ended up leaving, to seek better service from another T Mobile store.

BEWARE this store!! This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Got there at 4pm to upgrade my phone, the lady proceeded to take my old before making sure I was going to purchase the new one. Therefore I had no option to buy it seeing as how they told me there was no way of getting it back. So we then started with the transferring of data(pictures, contacts, messages etc.). I was there til 8:14pm and they weren't able to transfer a single thing to my new phone. Every contact, message, picture all gone. And they didn't give me anything as a resolution or compensation. I've never felt more taken advantage of before.

After the horrible experience we ran across a few days ago, we were really relieved by Edgar! He could multitask, with several customers at once, without having felt like it and was able to answer what others have shrugged off.. ty. Finally a great salesperson!

My mother and I stopped in the 9 mile store last Wednesday to get my mother a new cell phone. We had the good fortune to talk to Brianna who was extremely helpful. Since we had an issue getting into the account she explained what we needed to do when we spoke with Customer Service. She also showed us some phones so we would know what we wanted when we returned. The next day all was settled with Customer Service, we purchased the phone and all was set up correctly. Brianna was so efficient but most importantly she was so nice and respectful to my 90 year old mother! Great job Brianna!

When I came in for a screen protector replacement, the was a guy there leaning on the counter playing on his phone that barely looked at me and asked what brought me in. He didn't seem particularly interested in assisting me based on his tone of voice and his posture. I left and came back later to get the assistance and positivity I'm used to at this store.

After a few minor issue, T- Mobile resolved the issues and I am very satisfied. Our store rep, Dakota, was amazing. His customer service and willingness to help us resolve these issue were outstanding. Would highly commend.
