Absolutely the worst fried chicken we've ever had. Evidently someone doesn't know how to cook chicken thoroughly. Got it home and found it wasn't cooked all the way, even the tenders. Then we didn't get any biscuits with it after they said it came with 6 biscuits. Have ate there before and it was good, but won't be back

The positive note was that I didn't have to wait long. The chicken was cooked in old oil, I paid for the large family meal that was supposed to feed 8 to 10 people, and they only gave us enough sides for barely two to three people each item. And my family is NOT big eaters. Total disappointment for our Fathers Day meal. I tried to call to let them know they shorted us on sides, but no one would answer the phone. And you couldn't leave a message because it said the mailbox was full. This company owes me a big credit!

My elderly in-laws sent me to get chicken, they wanted some mashed potatoes, and 2 orders of fried okra. When I got to their house they were upset that only 1 small order of okra was there! I took pictures and fed them. The next day I took the receipt and pictures on my iPhone. The receipt said 2 orders of okra, but she told me blah blah and that’s what the manager said it was one order that came with 8 pc. dinner? No, I’m sorry or nothing from them! Apparently, this was not the first time the order was short changed! The KFC was too far, but never again at Churches!! (I’m caretaker from out of state)

Placed a door dash order at 10:38am. They open at 10:30am. Their system is turned off for doordash and I tried calling. No answer. I’ve also gone to this restaurant in person. Long waits, old food. Don’t recommend. Management - step up.

Service was extremely slow, chicken tenders were chewy and not cooked thru. Order was incorrect even after 2 corrections. I imagine it has something to do with finding quality workers right now but I will never stop here again. Head down to Zaxby's.

Usually they got good food, but today they had amazing food! Best chicken I've ever had by far! Keep it up churches, you rock!!

Staff was kind quick and accommodating. However got home and all the chicken was soaking wet, soggy and at the bottom of the boxes was a bath of almost black grease bath the chicken had been lying in mixed with the steam that had turned to water. It was old burned grease I could tell bc instead of my car smelling great for the ride back home it smelled like old burned grease. Any woman mom or cook KNOWS this odor. So I was worried a the way home it wod taste bad but I had no clue what I was in for. 30 pieces of wet soggy messy disappointment. And I love church's and it is the only chicken place I will go to. I drove way out of the way to get to this one and past two other places 🙃 so .... we were pretty sad.

We drive up and we were very rudely told something was down and it will be 15-20mins before chicken is ready. We didn't leave I think they were hoping we would. 10 mins go by we order then we waiting at the window for another 15-20mins . When we got the chicken it wasn't right. The color and the grease was disgusting. The oil seems old. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The people there always act so rude like they hate working .

Terrible chicken, the only thing open was the drive thru, the woman said through the speaker that there would be a WAIT ON CHICKEN. We asked what kind and she said "Chicken." So, we ordered 6 tenders, got charged for a 3 piece meal and waited for 6-7 minutes even though we were the only car in line. The chicken was barely cooked, soggy outside and was just bad. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website or even what you would get at a Churches chicken in another town...if there was a way to give negative stars I would have. My advice, there's a KFC in the next town...keep driving and go there.

Service is ok. Food is ok also. My only complaint is the chicken isn't as good as Church's Chicken used to be. The breading isn't as good and it is not as tender as it used to be. They also serve a piece of chicken that I am not sure what you would call it, i.e. a leg, thigh, breast, etc. I thought the first time it was just a fluke but it was in the bucket I got today also. I ordered the 12 piece $20 special and paid $6.99 extra to make it mixed pieces instead of just legs and thighs which either I didn't get or this piece is added to make it so they can justify calling it mixed. I'm not sure which is the case but I do know that it only had legs, wings, thighs, and this piece in it. See picture. I do love their biscuits, fried okra, and dirty rice.
