Staff was so helpful. Kelly was great. Everyone was so nice, polite and helpful. Going to make this my destination for small errand runs since they have almost everything.

Store 5757 (Pace, FL): 29 Mar 22; 1035cst. To their photo dept employee that decided to slander my wife in public, while in a Corporate store location, stating that "YOU" have had problems with my wife attempting to get copies of copyrighted media from our personal cameras in the past, then threaten her that you will make sure she will be blacklisted from all Walgreens for attempting to print our maternity photos (non-watermarked because WE OWN THEM) this morning, you need further training on the level of authority you actually maintain in your present position before you speak on behalf of Corporate. To the GM of Store #5757, PePe, you need to rectify the situation of ill-trained, unprofessional, and downright discourteous employees underneath your leadership. Either that, or fire those that preseumtively threaten customers because their pictures "look too good to not be professional." I'll be calling back tomorrow morning to discuss your answer to the situation as the appropriate Walgreen's representative for your store before I contact Corporate to report the incident. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE OBSERVED AND EXPERIENCED MYSELF THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE BEING DISCOURTEOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. To Walgreen's Corporate, it's going to be fun considering the slander/defamation lawsuit from being threatened under false pretenses by a low-tier employee were they to follow-up with their idle threat. DO BETTER.

Hello Google Review Reader, Today is Sunday, Oct 24th. My pregnant wife scheduled her COVID booster shot at this Walgreens location based upon current CDC guidance and a note from her Doctor recommending the 6-mo booster for pregnancy. After scheduling her appt and showing up the day of, she was denied the booster and handed an outdated sheet of information concerning COVID shots. The sheet of paper was dated December 2020 - over 11 months old, and not aligned with current CDC guidelines. If you are pregnant and would like a booster, the CVS across the street offers the Moderna booster to pregnant women and the CVS inside the Target on Hwy 90 offers the Pfizer shot. Schedule your appt online and both sites will provide the booster without question as opposed to this draconian location.

Walgreens #12300 I wanted to pass on commendation to Rhea, in the photo lab. She was checking out a former employee who proceeded to call Kathleen, the manager, derogatory names. Rhea did not engage or encourage continuing the conversation but instead finished checking him out and allowed the customer to leave. Other customers heard the conversation and were happy to hear Rhea praised Kathleen for being a good manager regardless what the disgruntled employee said. Working well together with your coworkers is and should be the corner of Happy & Healthy. Rhea should be appreciated for doing her part to maintain a healthy work environment.

I've been waiting for my daughter's antibiotics for 24 hours. Transferred to another store and they still don't have it. How does a pharmacy run out of amoxicillin????

The pharmacy personnel were so great and patient with me and the confusion created by the doctor's office. The office had sent the script to the wrong pharmacy. Pace Walgreens staff got everything straightened out and my medicine refilled. They went above and beyond w this!!!

Their staff is very friendly and pleasant but it takes FOREVER FOREVER to get your script filled. Even going through drive-thru is a pain!!!! It's a VERY BUSY pharmacy but I think they need more help:(((

Pharmacy. If you've been in one Walgreens you've seen them all...Except the staff. The people in this Walgreens showed to me and others I saw there, a complete dedication to full service and a desired to make every customer's day better. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take whatever time was needed with every customer.

Usually have very good service but went there twice this week. Once thur the drive thru and once inside. I was using a discount script card and asked them to check a different card for me, both times I was told I would have to get back in line (usually this is not an issue with any of the staff) Both times Yvette helped us, she was rude, slow and has no people skills what so ever.
