I went to the pharmacy on 8/11/22. Even though they were super busy and understaffed the pharmacy staff worked to try to find me discount cards and give me the best price and were so sweet and understanding.

Absolutely amazing & wonderful staff! Never have a long wait! They go above & beyond to accommodate my busy schedule! They make sure they have my daughter’s medicine when it’s time to fill! They truly look out for my child and I can’t thank them enough!

I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes no one said anything to me. So I went and got back in my car and went through the drive through. I used to go to Walgreens but my insurance changed. CVS is pretty crummy compared to Walgreens.

Went in with an appointment for the minute clinic at 12:50pm I arrived early at 12:35pm. Their lunch break is at 1:00 the patient that got there at the same time I did got called in first he was taking a while and the doctor came out at 12:57 saying that she wasn’t going to be able to service me and that I have to either come back another day or after their break and I’m sorry but it’s a waste of time and gas to have to go back and forth because they don’t want to help the patients they already have scheduled. To them their priority is their break and they could care less about you and how you feel.

The automated refill line for the pharmacy is not working right I have trouble getting the information I need this is very frustrating 😫 I get cut off and I'm paying to much for some of the medications but staff always has a friendly attitude

The pharmacy has been going down hill in the last year they act like they don't want to help you and the Pharmacist is extremely rude...I did not feel like a valued customer and I have been going to this pharmacy for 10 yrs or longer...The store manager Jennifer was so much help in this matter.

Zach in the pharmacy had so much patience with me calling over to check on a prescription that my Dr dropped the ball on, and customer service is great when you ask for help with finding online coupons to reduce your price. Top notch team, would highly recommend!!

This store has definitely gone down hill in the past 2 years when it comes to service . The techs act like they are in no hurry at all to check people out or offer service. Got in line and the girl got up after she saw me and went to the drop off window and checked a customer out that had not been waiting . Pitiful when you've been standing in the correct line at the counter .Definitely gone down hill since these new people got hired in the last 2 years .pitiful. It will probably end up like most fast food restaurants that end up this way . Closed eventually.

The CVS pharmacy staff in Pace, FL has gone out of their way to help me on numerous occasions including today. I moved my prescription to their store in June because they were the only pharmacy that carry the brand of medication I need. They were helpful in verifying they carried the brand over the phone when I know they were busy. They took the time to try to transfer my prescription from another pharmacy that wasn't being helpful and eventually had to request the prescription directly from my doctor. They made certain I got the best price and when my coupon expired, they found a better price for me today. They go above and beyond what they have to do to take care of me and I am grateful!! Thank you!

Omg! Why aren't negative stars an option?? Waited almost 35 minutes in the drive through!! No, there wasn't a big back up! No, there weren't a lot of cars in front of me! When I finally made it to the window I waited another 7 minutes for these incompetent folks to hand me two bottles of medication and take my CASH! UNBELIEVABLE. Looking around for a place with better (well, ANY customer service) customer service and I am transferring my scripts. I will encourage anyone I know to do the same!
