Extremely rude people working here. I just got rushed out of the store and treated like scum of the earth. The manager was there, couldnt be bothered to help me with pricing. They have yet to put up all their sale signs this week. When i asked about something that was supposed to be on sale, she basically called me a liar. This woman has a bad attitude, and has for a long time I am just not the type to typically complain. I felt like I was being treated like a bum off the streets, and was there to buy a $60 toothbrush.

This CVS is the worst CVS I’ve ever been to and this wasn’t my first negative experience at this location. I went to get bandages for my mom and needed assistance from the pharmacy. Instead of any assistance that would require effort they pointed to the aisle and said maybe it’s down there and then looked at me like I was crazy for asking what type of bandage I needed. Then when I get to the register up front, the cashiers were too busy talking to each other to answer any questions to the guy next to me at the second register. I wasn’t surprised at the lack of customer service but this time I had to write a review. If I had the option of giving 0 stars, I would.

I’m new to Pensacola, and for the first time opted for my doc to call in my meds to CVS. I went in around 3:45PM on today October 29th to pick up my meds. I normally take generics so my monthly price has never been more than $30 on everything at Winn Dixie. I’m told that the total price comes out to a whopping $430. I try to explain to the pharmacy tech that there has been some sort of mistake but rather than try to listen to what I’m trying to say she is very rude and keeps interrupting me and pushing for me to put my insurance on file. I keep trying to explain that I would much rather pay the cash price for something cheaper but she continues to insist that the only way I’m going to get a cheaper price anywhere is to put my insurance on file. I told her I’m not interested. I called Winn Dixie right afterwards and was quoted $24 on the same set of meds. The tech was also much nicer and far more professional and actually took the time to listen to my needs. Never going to this CVS (or probably any other CVS) ever again.

Bad staff in the pharmacy they will not make you a priority. Older gentleman told me I had to wait until the next day to get a prescription filled because he had other stuff to do. Not professional at all choose another store!

Hopefully they have learned how to use a vacuum and broom. Also, so many cigarette butts outside it reeks. Also hope they have gotten better personnel in the pharmacy. I will try again but this will be the last time. Please start doing right.

I've been trying to call the pharmacy for the past half an hour and someone keeps answer and hang up. This has happened 5 times. I don't approve of there service in thw pharmacy. This has happened multiple times that I have called them they have done this.
