Absolutely the worst fried chicken we've ever had. Evidently someone doesn't know how to cook chicken thoroughly. Got it home and found it wasn't cooked all the way, even the tenders. Then we didn't get any biscuits with it after they said it came with 6 biscuits. Have ate there before and it was good, but won't be back ~MARK

Sent us a confirmation of reservation. Set it up over a week ago, we never received notice that it may not be fulfilled. We get there and they rented out ALL of their trucks including ours and wouldn’t be fulfilling the reservation. Pretty much just said too bad 🤷‍♀️. We needed to move this weekend (hence the reservation) and will only be able to bring what we can fit in our van since there are literally no trucks available from Mobile Al through Navarre. Customer service reps didn’t care and were absolutely no help. If you make a reservation, send confirmation and everything you need to honor it or at least help find a replacement truck - they wouldn’t even look. At absolute bare minimum send a notice in advance. Hopefully another company will have something but this was terrible service. I highly DONT recommend them, and if you do decide to still use them, don’t trust the reservation or confirmation emails. ~Micheala

I had a load of milled asphalt delivered on 5/18/21. The dump truck driver drove on the edge of my 20 foot culvert pipe where there was no cover and just about flipped the truck in the ditch and crush my pipe in. There was plenty of room in the middle where I had 4 foot cover. I spoke to Doug, one of the owners, and he said that he was going to talk to the driver and get back with me. I have called numerous times and left messages and I have never heard anything back from him. Every time I call he’s never in the office and I never receive a call back. The driver was completely at fault and I will never be doing business with WPR again. ~Taylor

My kids love going to GameStop, especially this one. The employees are super friendly and helpful. There's always something I want in there too! It's always a fun experience stopping by GameStop and exploring what's new. Where else are you going to find a Mandalorian waffle maker without waiting a week for it in the mail? ~Annie

We stopped by Saturday, April 16, for a quick dine in lunch after attending a local event and on our way to several other places (celebrating a birthday weekend for one family member) before heading home. We originally planned to go to a pizza place and I regret that we didn't. We ordered our customized burgers and filled our drinks without issue, so we thought. We went to choose a table and found all of them empty but only one of them not dirty. Our food was quickly ready and everyone started unwrapping in great anticipation of a delicious treat only to be disappointed on finding incorrectly made sandwiches. Three out of four sandwiches were made standard and not customized at all. Two people chose not to make a complaint or have theirs corrected but mine would have made me ill for days. My impossible burger was slathered in mayonnaise and topped with lettuce, two big no-no's with my dietary needs. I checked the receipt and found that the cashier had neglected to ring my sandwich up without mayonnaise but the other two clearly were supposed to be customized. I returned my burger to the crew and within minutes had a newly made customized sandwich and one half-hearted apology. I made them aware that the other burgers were incorrect but that my family were eating them anyway, hoping that they would be more careful making orders and less concentrated on their chit-chat. I understand that an employee had dropped their razor in the shower twice and stepped on it cutting the bottom of their toes. The employee had just hobbled in and announced it to everyone as we were ordering. Not in the best taste but it is what it is. Not one crew member came to clean the dining area the entire time we were there although the lobby and the drive thru were not busy. The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, and there was a ball of hair about 2 feet away from our table. Gross. Overall a disappointing experience and we won't be returning. ~Panther

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT take your vehicle here. Dropped my car off on a Friday morning to get a strut and wheel bearing replaced, 12pm James Smith (the owner) calls me to let me know he has some good news and bad news. The good news was, my car was finished. The bad news, he totalled my car taking it for a test drive. Not only did he total my car, he totalled the car he hit. While on the phone, I asked if he would get me a rental car and he refused. I needed a vehicle due to my medical needs and he still refused, a matter of fact he refused to give me any information about his insurance policy or how this was going to be taken care of. I ended up having to reach out to Milton Police Department to get the information. James Smith was unprofessional, lied and has a temper problem that needs to be checked out. Again, do not do business with this man! ~Melissa

Sign said they OPEN at 9am. No, no they werent!! Didn't even answer the phone! No one in the office! Won't go there again! I love penske but NOT the one on Avalon Blvd in Milton!! 👎👎 ~Michele

Great for gas, cigarettes, food, beer, soft drinks, water ECT. The most important thing there is the bathroom if you really need\want to go. ~Titus
