Very friendly staff that go the extra mile to provide high quality service to all customers! I got a flat and wasn't able to get to this firestone until 5:50 (they closed at 5) but they still stayed late to ensure i was taken care of and got new tires.

Someone i know took their car there, BIG MISTAKE!! Very negligent work🤬💩 dont take your car there if you value your life and whoever is in the car with you life. Parts not new. When you tell them something is wrong ATTITUDE TO THE MAX!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT take your vehicle here. Dropped my car off on a Friday morning to get a strut and wheel bearing replaced, 12pm James Smith (the owner) calls me to let me know he has some good news and bad news. The good news was, my car was finished. The bad news, he totalled my car taking it for a test drive. Not only did he total my car, he totalled the car he hit. While on the phone, I asked if he would get me a rental car and he refused. I needed a vehicle due to my medical needs and he still refused, a matter of fact he refused to give me any information about his insurance policy or how this was going to be taken care of. I ended up having to reach out to Milton Police Department to get the information. James Smith was unprofessional, lied and has a temper problem that needs to be checked out. Again, do not do business with this man!

We bought Firestone tires and were told ANY Firestone dealer would take care of our tires no matter what. Less then 2 months we had a blow out on a Non holiday week day and Firestone said they wouldn’t take care of us because they were having a luncheon. We don’t see buying name brand tires in the future if they can’t keep their promises.

These fine folks took us without appointment early on a Monday morning when we had an emergency while traveling through the area. They worked us in immediately, solved the problem quickly, and sent us on our way without charge. These folks have both skills and heart.

A small family-owned business, they treat you like family. James takes his time to really thoroughly review and your vehicle to ensure things are done correctly. Carolynn is the sweet lady up front who does all the administration. I have watch them work meticulously on people's vehicles including mine. I watch when hurricane Maria came through and there was a big right up by someone who came in with Flats and they took his vehicle and did all the work basically for free on an RV. When I had to deploy to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, James worked on my truck while I was gone to alleviate vibration. You are numerous hours on it, and since he couldn't get it to 100% he would not charge me. They've always been fair and honest. That is why I continue to use them in addition to they have offered to bring my wife home when they have to keep her car.

Heading back to Georgia from the beach and had a tire split. On a Saturday, they got us right in, had toys for our kids, let our dog hang out, and literally got us back on the road with 2 new tires in 30 minutes. Great people, great experience. Oh, and a bakery right next door for donuts!
