I have a monthly membership and my visits to Zips are usually great but today the person doing the prep work barely wet my car down and completely skipped the passenger side area. I pay too much to get this kind of shoddy work. It was a young girl. Hoping for better treatment next time so I can rate you higher.

Clean car, friendly workers and above average customer service all the time I’m here. Only problem i got is that I’m seeing too many new faces at the other location so i prefer this one. Either people don’t want to work or the company simply ain’t paying them well like I’ve heard. All and all i love the service i get here from these workers

The young lady that helped me was very nice. She also prepped my vehicle and did a good job. The vacuum worked okay but the best thing about this place are the towels to finish off the inside and outside of the vehicle. Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing

An excellent place to wash a car! The monthly unlimited wash deal is well worth the few dollars spent on it. They attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating. We are actually signing up for a second unlimited wash deal for our other car.

Best car wash in town. I’ve tried other washes and this car wash does the best job cleaning the car if you go to this wash and your car is not clean chances are you had a very dirty car. Keeping you car dirty is clear you keep your home dirty. I get my car wash once per week and their unlimited wash is definitely value for my money. I pay $20 and get to wash my car as much as i like. We have been going to zips car wash for several years and never experienced anything like this till now. We just bought a brand new Toyota RAV4 and first time using the car wash with this car the rim was scratched and it was brought to the attendance attention. According to the attendant they had their car wash serviced recently and they thought they fix the problem so she said, so a report was written. We have not heard from anyone to fix our rim! This was over two weeks ago! Nobody has called us back to resolve this and I am so angry! Update: We have been contacted and hope to have this issue resolved soon. I greatly appreciate your response. Thank you!
