The vacuums are down quite a bit. It seems like about 30 percent are out. Not clogged, not working. This happens alot. The car wash and the employees are 👍 Service: Vacuuming

Started going here when they opened, it was nice at first but then they started making their employees be more aggressive on the “wash plan” sales so they are automatically charging you every month. I always so no but they go as far as to slide themselves between the machine to pay and your car to get in your face with a sign and will try to take your card and do everything. When I ask them to not slide on my car they seem confused. I know they are told to do it but all they are doing is scratching my car. Today was the last straw as I approached the pay both the employee walked out into the road to block and start their car salesmen routine. I left without buying because I just want to wash my car, if that means I have to go through harassment every time, I will go to the wash down the road.

I generally don't use them often because of what does automatic car washes do to paint jobs. But for what it is, it is okay. I will say that the tire shine often doesn't work there.

Just to let you know the sign that is out front of the car wash says free vacuum's but yet when I pulled up to use the vacuum I was informed about the vacuum is not free and that there is nothing free in this word and was asked to leave I then asked to speak to the owner and the manager told me he was the owner for today and then told me he would call the cops so if you're company is going to have the first thing on the sign say free vacuum's then maybe you should honor it. So whatever you do do not go here they are unfriendly and rude don't spend your money here

Most expensive wash seems like a scam. Tire shine was spotty and didn't get my car clean. Vacuums are outstanding, however. The poor wash makes it an overall mediocre experience

The first an only time i have ever used a car wash, scratched through the paint on my car. I normally hand wash because my husband is an auto painter and has warned me of the damage they cause but i didnt have the free time so i figured it would be ok. A 15$ car wash is going to cost me a whole lot more to fix. Never again and severely unimpressed.

Do not go here. I took my $70,000 truck through because it looked like the nicest wash in the area. I got it done about an hour ago on 12/17/2021 and when my truck dried completely off it reviled that the wash had left several scratches on my truck. Pictures attached. I called the customer service number for tidal wave auto and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Please if you want nice vehicles to come to your location make sure its not scratching the paint.

The car wash itself was FANTASTIC. I got a free wash from my work for the most expensive $25 wash available. I think it looks wonderful. I've never seen a car wash clean wheels and tires like this. (See pictures) Vacuum's were good, had good suction. The only thing is dislike was that they do not have the vacuum machines specifically designed for car floor mats. Those machines do better than a hand held vacuum ever would at a place like this. Overall, 5/5 stars and I will be back again. Unfortunately it's a little out of the way for me but worth the 20 minute drive. Might also be worth the $40 a month for the $25 wash club. I'd definitely get that if I lived / worked closer.
