Fantastic store! I went in today for a couple things and right when I walked in the door, several Ace people welcomed me with smiles and offered to help. Annika was wonderful, she helped me find exactly what I was hoping for and she was able to give me first hand experience advice on the hand tool I purchased. She also helped me find things I didn't need lol but will be so helpful in the future. Great people working here. Great store, nicely displayed and fun to look around and shop. Also great products. Definitely recommend!

Last visit here was horrible and won’t be returning. Got to register with our purchase and 3 employees not wearing masks.. We were and the woman at register would not assist us, totally ignored our presence. Man at other register ignored us too. Finally a sweet young man stepped up and helped us. Most bizarre experience and we’ve been going there for years. Never again. Gave one star only because needed to post this.

I have Ben been a patriot of this store. They have helped me with so many things. You cannot even imagine. They even helped me get my car key fixed some computer thing. But they're courteousness their availability, they even stayed open for another patron so that they could help them five stars for sure

The store is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful! BUT I was really disappointed on this particular visit to find that our little store wasn't carrying certain items advertised in the Christmas flyer. And.. they no longer carry certain items I used to count on finding there instead of going out of town.
