Came to visit my brother while on my trip to Nebraska . My rockhopper that’s brand new was having issues with the hydraulic brakes . Owner came overlooked my bike and gave me options . Also told me my warranty should take care of it and told me where I could go to so the warranty would cover brakes . Really great customer service , just over all nice experience will definitely come back for any future bike issues or just upgrading . Definitely recommend any one in town to come check out for any of your bike services needed .

Customer service was excellent, very happy with the purchase I made. Bob was very courteous and listened to what I was looking for in a bike and didn't try to sell me on something more expensive like alot of other retailers would do Also he showed me how to operate the bike all the gears etc I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking to purchase a bike

Went in looking at bikes. Was greeted upon entering, discussed my wants and they were able to offer a bike to meet my needs. Had some adjustments made and was able to pick the new bike up in less than two hours. Great service and knowledgeable staff.

I have purchased two bikes from Cyclin” America since moving to White House and I have been really pleased with the service and help with my questions with both transactions. I have also bought parts and they even helped me order a child seat for one of our bikes. Stop buying cheap stuff from Walmart and check these guys out!

This place is a hidden gem and the owners are beyond amazing. Their intelligent, kind, respectful and all around great human beings. They know so much about bicycles it amazes me. They are experts on bikes and they fixed a electric bike that was completely wired incorrectly. They also set up another Ebike for me to. They can literally almost look at a bike and know what’s the issue immediately. It’s pretty impressive. I also got a few children’s bikes and brought them over to them to fix so I could donate them to the low income housing children and they were even able to even help salvage a bike I thought would be trash and helped fix other kids bikes Issues as well. Their great guys. I highly recommend them for all bike needs.

These guys are FANTASTIC! I purchased a Liv Alight bike from them over Christmas break. They had 1 of the only 3 of these bikes for sale in the US! They were so helpful, gracious, accommodating and helped me schedule and reschedule times and days to meet them as we were driving from out of state to purchase this. They really cared about this and were so supportive of us throughout the entire process. They are the best in the US!

I brought my bike in and Mike was great , very helpful. I bought my bike on the internet and I needed help putting it together. The guys put it together quickly and changed me about half as much as the bike shop in Hendersonville was going to charge me. I am a customer for life.

For the past 10+ years I have gone to a bike shop in Bowling Green for all my bike needs. I went up there a couple months ago and the kid (now grown up) that always took such good care of me has moved to Oregon. Then I found Cyclin' America, which is much closer. They took great care of me. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable people. They are now my new shop. Very satisfied!
