This is the most unprofessional McDonald's ive ever came to. I am new to white House, and stop by frequently for church, or if I'm headed to work. Today 11/2/22 around 8:40 this morning. I drive a gold SUV Suzuki ( please review the cameras). McKenzie was very rude. She had my card, but wanted to me pull up for my drink. I told her once I recieve my card I can. The young lady in the window was very understanding as she has been a victim of card theft before. I was given my card back. McKenzie then comes outside to bring my drink because I pulled up. On the receipt it reads two syrups. I asked her why was I ran for two syrups I didn't purchase? She stated do you want your money back? I said yes I didn't ask for syrup. She walked in slung the door in a slamming motion. I went in, and notified the manager on duty whom does not wear a name tag, because she said her shirt identifies her position. So unprofessional! McKenzie tosses her bags in the air then walked off, as if she was a toddler throwing a temper tantrum . I stated to her manager what happened, and she explained it's because they (?) Took away an upcharge button. I responded to her that I don't know what she is talking about. And asked her to refund my money, and charge me approximately. She was very rude about fixing my issue. I asked her who the Gm was she said Sophia. She stated Sophia wasn't going to care about my complaint, because people always complain. She then stated it's only like a ten cent difference. I said only??? I have three kids what's okay for you is not for me. She rolled her eyes, and proceeded to refund my money. I told her I'll be contacting corporate she stated she didn't care they were owned by Ted or something like that. Well in that case I'll contact the BBB being how business is handled.

This is one of the self service vending machine style McDonald's where they no longer have a cashier inside. You can order at the kiosk or on your phone via the app. The kiosks are slow, unreliable, and confusing. Since there is no cashier you can no longer get your own beverage while waiting on your meal since you don't get the cup until a staff member serves up your order. This makes your visit just that much longer. Take my advice, just use the drive through and then park if you want to eat in the store.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered via the kiosk and paid 3 transactions for 3 friends meals. It had us put a table number too. So we did. 10 minutes later I went to ask where the food was and was told I already picked it up and the person walked away from me. I asked another person and they remade the order. 2nd order was never brought out, friend did the same thing. They remade the order. No apologies for the poor service. Last one was a sundae. Waited ANOTHER 10 minutes. Went to the counter AGAIN to be told it was set on the counter and "you should have seen it right here." Excuse me? I ordered it to be taken to the table. On top of that, no number was called so I knew it was ready, no one even shouted out that there was a sundae ready. I asked for a refund and then even the shift manager gave me an attitude and tried to push it off on me that I should have seen it there. No I should not have, it was supposed to be taken to the table marker. Unbelievable. Will not be returning here. Save your money people. These people DO NOT care.

Workers were extremely rude, made my sandwich with onions even though I explicitly told them no onions since I am allergic and then gave me a replacement burger which was just the same exact burger and they just took the onions off so it still had the taste on it. The buns were stale and then lastly, my large fry looked like they just threw a small fry in there and they were stale. This McDonald’s has gone so far down hill.

I've never been that person to check my order before leaving drive through but I've learned my lesson. Ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers and this is what I received. If I could give this location a zero rating I definitely would. The chicken sandwich and nuggets were ok.

Took even longer than an usual McDonald's order..... And that's saying a lot. Then after waiting an eternity we watched in disbelief as the girl who was to bring us our food stop halfway to us with our order in hand and then turn around to argue with a coworker. I'm sure this intellectual debate was way more important than giving their customers hot fries. Finally I had to go up and ask if that was in fact the food I paid for 15 minutes ago for her to relinquish the bags of stale food.

The gent at the front counter was very pleasant and polite, accurate with our order, and apologized for taking awhile to count our change. Couldn't have been a better visit.

We ordered online and waited inside to pick up our order. The bathrooms were very dirty and all the trash cans in the area were full. The drink machine inside the store was also very dirty and had not been wiped down and was out of ice. Parking lot was also dirty. We were going to eat inside and rest on our trip however it was not clean. Our sandwiches were fine our french fries were lukewarm. There’s nothing better than a piping hot McDonald’s french fry nothing worse than a lukewarm french fry. There were tons of help wanted signs all over the building so I’m assuming they were shorthanded.

Two days in a row the dining room is locked? I even called the second day and she said they were getting ready to open. It was 1 minute before 7am (when they were supposed to open). We waited almost 5 minutes and she never unlocked the door. We went to Burger King behind the McDonald's and received 5 Star service!

McDonalds White House - where you can get a McCafe coffee at 2/3rds the price of a Starbucks coffee and receive 2/3rds of a full drink. 2 weeks ago we were in Georgia visiting family when my wife and I discovered the excellent tasting Carmel Macchiato McCafe drinks at McDonalds. When we came back home to White House, we’ve had 12 drinks over the course of just over two weeks and only one of them was even remotely “full”. I’m not complaining that they just didn’t fill them to the top.... it’s so bad that the times when I have complained, it required a MEDIUM drink to fill up the LARGE! That is absolutely ridiculous, especially when you’re paying $7 for two drinks. Most mornings I’m in a rush and don’t have time or energy to complain, but over the course of the two weeks, I did do just that on four different occasions. Once they used mediums cups to refill, one they used small cups to refill, one person just told me they normally don’t work at that location and offered nothing else, and one person said the machine is automatic and they have no control over how much it puts out. Attaching pictures for reference of this mornings drinks. THIS IS NOT the worst fill up yet, I would say it’s about average. The last pics show after I transferred from one large cup over to the other large cup.
