Brought in my rockhopper that’s been giving me issues with the brakes and derailer . Super cool staff real easy to talk to awesome customer service . Said they were booked with repairs and still knocked my bike out in like 3hrs . I’m was worried because I’m only visiting and leaving town in like two days . He told me he definitely get my bike back to me asap so I can enjoy some of the Tennessee trails. He wasn’t joking that was fast. Great staff and very knowledgeable all repairs were covered under warranty.This is the place to come to for your bike needs . Thank you !!

Brought my son's bike in for a tune up. The technician took one look at it and identified a substantial issue with its original construction. He offered to take the bike apart and reassemble it making it safe to ride. Very reasonable prices and it was finished on time.

James, Ryan, David and the gang rock. New to the area I visited a few bike shops and chain stores. Went out to a bike trail to hike it last weekend and talked with a rider heading out. He said to checkout Bikers Choice. Glad I did. This team rocks. Test rode a few. I had done my homework and they didn’t try to mislead me on anything. Lookin forward to hitting a trail in a few days once it dries up a bit.

I called a few minutes before closing time and they stayed open an extra 15-20 minutes so that I could come pickup my bikes that had been serviced. I also bought my first bike rack that they helped install and load the bikes on well after their business hours. This shows their dedication to their customers, and I very much appreciate this as a first time customer and will be returning for additional services when needed.

Brought in a department store bike that my youngest was using but having issues with. David helped us fit him into a new bike that was appropriate for my son’s size and use. What an incredibly helpful experience! David was very patient with all our questions. My son loves his new bike, and David made a customer for life.
