Brought in my rockhopper that’s been giving me issues with the brakes and derailer . Super cool staff real easy to talk to awesome customer service . Said they were booked with repairs and still knocked my bike out in like 3hrs . I’m was worried because I’m only visiting and leaving town in like two days . He told me he definitely get my bike back to me asap so I can enjoy some of the Tennessee trails. He wasn’t joking that was fast. Great staff and very knowledgeable all repairs were covered under warranty.This is the place to come to for your bike needs . Thank you !! ~Efrain

Not sure who came up with the “don’t disclose gas prices on the phone” business model, but it doesn’t work. And it is a business model, not a law like the clerk on the phone tried to say. Not only did you lose my business because you wouldn’t let me know how much gas costs, it ultimately cost me significantly more to fill up my tank by going to your competitor just up the street. Might as well not have a sign showing your price if you want that badly to keep it under wraps. ~Clayton

I've always had a great experience here until tonight. Because another patron and myself were talking in the aisle, the cashier rushed me to the counter then proceeded to LIE and say he was about to close.... At 7pm!!!! I cashed out and went to my vehicle where I then googled the store hours.... Only to discover they close at 9:01pm!!!!!!!!! I thought Hendersonville was all about community..... Well, word to the wise, whatever you do.... Go in, get what you need, don't speak or make eye contact with any other patrons, otherwise you'll be made to feel the most uncomfortable and you'll even get lied to!!!!! It's a cheap gas station at a Walmart. It has a convenience store. The Walmart and the gas station are not right on the main road so you have drive back to find them. ~Kevin

I have been using this pharmacy for ten years and have always been very happy. Nothing in this world is perfect but the pharmacist and staff have always gone to every length too make sure I’m taking care of. If I were you I’d take those bad reviews with a grain of salt, a lot of people want what they shouldn’t have. ~Bcharmer

Done here. Been going to this station for over 20 years and today was my last visit. Anymore it seems like a gamble if the pumps are actually going to work. Stopped today and tried 2 pumps before giving up and going down the street. Neither would get past the Fuel Rewards signup screen. They would just hang there. Tried hitting NO, tried YES. It would just hang there for about 3 minutes before eventually timing out and asking for a receipt when I wasn't even able to pump any gas. Also, a $200 hold on my AmEx? With the price of gas today I understand a $75 or $100 hold, but $200?? Seriously?? I will say the times I've went in the staff has always been super nice, so nothing against them. They just really need to fix/update their equipment. ~Tom

This is where I get ethanol free gas, it's pump 21 over there by itself. I drove around the other pumps before I figured that out and had to ask... DUH. People seemed really friendly and they have a lunch bar, it looked really clean inside and I wish it was closer to home but over the other non ethanol places which seem kinda sketchy worth the short drive. If you're wondering why, I use non ethanol in boats and lawn equipment. ~Ben
