Not sure who came up with the “don’t disclose gas prices on the phone” business model, but it doesn’t work. And it is a business model, not a law like the clerk on the phone tried to say. Not only did you lose my business because you wouldn’t let me know how much gas costs, it ultimately cost me significantly more to fill up my tank by going to your competitor just up the street. Might as well not have a sign showing your price if you want that badly to keep it under wraps.

The big guy that works 3rd shift is asleep most of the time when I go in there. I had to stop and get gas in company vehicle, the pump wouldn't print a receipt and he had the doors locked and refused to print one for me. From now on I'll take my business across the street to Dodges. Its absolutely ridiculous that someone falls asleep on the job.

Lowest prices this side of Georgia! ALWAYS 10¢ per gallon less than the other Mapco stations in the area. Not a fan of the 3-wide pumps, you can get stuck in the middle. Employees are usually helpful even if they are understaffed. I often drive down from Gallatin to get gas here instead. They also have ICEEs available!!!

Nice store but I got gas and presented my card. She (the check-out person) did not give my discount. I'll just go to the station less than a mile away that gives a 3 cents/gallon for their card. No questions asked.

I frequent this location out of sheer convenience and everytime I wish I had gone somewhere else. The facility is usually a little unkept. Bathrooms are at best dirty. The floor throughout the entire building has that greasy film to them that feels like you're walking through the kitchen at Sonic Drive-In. The lone at the register is forever long and slow moving. The worst part is the pumps. You have to go thru so many menus just to pump your gas. Not to mention each menu has a forever load time. I really cannot stand going here. Not sure why I still do.

I went there because I work at rivergate and I looked gas prices up it said 234 or 224 but it was 228. Then I had a winning lottery ticket and the guy who was the cashier said what's this I said a winning ticket so he scanned it I said its 30$ right he said oh you already knew what it was before you handed it to me.... and I got a icee suppose to be 99 cents he charged me 149 he was a rude person for working in and with the public. It was about 630pm on may 30th the head manager should send a secret customer to him and see how he acts. And this post made me rate a before it would post. Smh. Wow

They are convenient to me, reasonably competitive with their neighbor gas stations, the staff is always friendly. If you want a hot cup of coffee and a snack they are always well stocked!

The Storefront Is Always Clean, Always Organized & Always Fully Stocked. I Personally Have Never Used The Restroom But, I'm Pretty Sure It's Like Every Other Mapco.. Outta Soap, Pissy Toilet, Dirty Floor..
