The new service manager Robert provides exceptional customer service, taking the time to explain the repair and answer additional technical questions about the work being done. I have had previous experience at this location that was less than stellar, but I'm glad I stopped back in to find out they made a change and now, would highly recommend Robert and this location.

Top tire shop in the area! 10/10. I stopped in at 5:30 after finding a screw in my tire after work. Even though they closed in 30 min they took a look and were able to pull and patch it in 15 min flat.

Best service I have had anywhere, in a long time! Robert greeted me with a kind smile and a professional demeanor, got my vehicle in and made sure my family and I were comfortable. The service was quick and painless and Rafael was a true professional. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for the great job guys!

I’ve been here a couple of times and had great service both times. Most recently, I was concerned about a slow leak in one of my tires. They took a look and found nothing concerning and then didn’t charge me for the visit. I appreciate them taking care of folks in the community this way.

Stopped by becease I punctured my front tire . No other tire shop ( fire stone ,discount or Walmart said they could help )as soon as I walked in was greeted and they quickly did anassessment on the tire . After about ten minutes my tire was fixed . All this right before rush hour traffic . Thank you gentlemen I'll be back to get new tires once it's nessacary

If I could give 10 stars I would! I was passing through and needed some tires. Spoke with Gabriel on the phone and he verified they had my size and added me to the system while I drove there so I was ready to go. They got my Suburban in the bay promptly and Gabe & Jose had me on the road in 30 minutes. Everybody there was professional, polite, and did an outstanding job representing Big O tires. Thanks guys!!

After getting a flat tire on I25, I drove over to Big O tires. I was already feeling defeated having to put the spear tire on with traffic doing 75-100 miles passing on the highway. I was greeted with a friendly face. Tyler walked outside with me to my car and immediately help by getting my flat out of the trunk. He is knowledgeable and friendly. The guys repaired my tired and got us back on the road. I can only give five stars but I’d diffidently give 100 💯 stars ⭐️ if possible. Thank you all for your friendly and fast service. You guys are the best.

Rafa is the reason I come to this store. Tyler is very helpful, but he cannot do a split rim! No knock on Tyler for sure. He is a knowledgeable person to be sure. The restoration moves ahead on our '61 Internation. But we would not be able to keep it original without Rafa and Tyler. Thank you guys.

My sister in law and family drove thier RV down from Utah and kept getting a flat tire the whole trip. Needless to say, we were worried and she was stressed. Once she made it here we told her that Big O was across the street from our RV park and very friendly and helpful. We quickly and easily set up an appoby calling Big O the next morning as they opened and had an appointment that afternoon. The staff was so helpful with her 40ft motorhome. They checked the tire pressure on all tires and worked hard to figure out why the tire kept losing air pressure. Now this isn't the first tire shop my sister in law has stopped at of course all others only filled it or suggested she buy a new tire, which start at around $600 for her motorhome. Even though the tire has no damage. So the staff here took their time and tried several things, then in came Brian (I pray that's his name) he jokingly told my sister in law he was the best tire guy there, which helped set her mind at ease. So we left the RV for the staff to work on the tire came back in an hour and it was done. Also they didn't charge her a dime! Also they refused a tip! The next day my sister in law went out to get ready to leave back to Utah and the tire was Great! Still inflated and no issues. She let us know she made it all the way back to Utah and had been home 2 weeks now and the tire is great still! Thank you all for being the only tire shop in 2 years to be able to help our sister! This was great. She's a Single Female RVer and lots of places take advantage of that. These guys were awesome! 20 stars! *photos are before she left back to Utah*
