Great people but horribly inefficient. Always waiting. I arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment as requested, it takes 10 minutes to even talk to someone and then I’m told it’ll be another 10-15 minutes before I’m going to be helped. Very frustrating process. Probably better off dropping car first thing in the morning and just coming back at the end of the day…. Update: went for another air check today and it’s even slower than the last time. My air compressor at home will be used moving forward. Absolutely pathetic watching 3 guys standing around playing on their check in devices and apparently none know how to fill up a tire with air.

This place is great. I had to repair a flat on a high top passenger van. A pain in the butt to crank down the spare then remove and repair then replace spare......anyway, they did it all ....FOR FREE. Thank you guys

I took my Toyota Camry on May 28, 2022 for a new set of 4 tires. Poor service done by the tire technicians. Left the car lot and found the vehicle to be shaking on the freeway- had to make an incovenient trip back to the shop. It turns out the tires were not balanced at all. They just did a tire slap and allowed that to leave the lot???

Great experience fron the phone call to the multiple staff members who helped a lady get new tires. LGBTQIA friendly, everyone did their best to gender me and treat me so welcomed! And great price on tires. Win win!

I wrecked a tire on my F150 2 hrs into a 600 mile road trip. Stopped in at this Discount Tire and my day got better. Clean waiting area with WiFi. The tires on the truck were about 80% gone so I replaced the set. Jon at the service counter was great to deal with. They had the Michelin tires I’d been looking at and I was out of there in an hour and 15 minutes. Being an old mechanic I watched the service techs and was impressed with how they did their work efficiently and correctly - they even cleaned the mating surface between the wheel and hub, balanced my spare and put it back under the bed.

Best place to buy tires! all the time - anytime. These folks are absolutely the best at standing behind their tires and taking care of you if they get damaged by a road hazard. I bought a full set a tires here about a year ago and one of them was ruined by a roofing screw. They replaced it at no charge. I had to buy one other tire for the opposing wheel (on the same axle) but that’s it. I’v been coming here for 20 years and they always take excellent care of me!

I am very glad I got a tire here a long time ago I came in with a mail in my tire and they fixed it for free. I got here an hour before closing and they weren’t mad or rude cause it’s so close to closing time. Always polite and respectful. Great costumer service all of them have . They are my my go tire shop now and I spread the word to everyone who will listen that discount tire is baddass
