I have had the best experience with Discount Tire every time! During my most recent visit I used the price match offer they have available on the website. I got a quick response back and experienced no issues in store. I'm very pleased with the manner in which they conduct business. It is very easy to set up appointments. I made an appointment for 10 AM. I dropped the car off on time and was assured that the car would be done by noon. Noon rolls around so I call to get an update on my vehicle. Natalya ensures me that the technician was almost done with the vehicle and that it was being worked on. I come back at 12:30 to see that they haven’t even pulled my car into one of the service bays. I was then told that my car hasn’t been touched and that it would take an additional hour before my car is done. I decide to not do the service because I had no time and this is my only day off. What is the point of an appointment if they can’t finish the service at the promised time frame? ~Michael
