Best auto parts store in Albuquerque, New Mexico (NM) 2024

I have had the best experience with Discount Tire every time! During my most recent visit I used the price match offer they have available on the website. I got a quick response back and experienced no issues in store. I'm very pleased with the manner in which they conduct business. It is very easy to set up appointments. I was updated every step of the process with a convenient text. They provide quick and professional service with great communication at every step. 10/10 recommend ~Jessie

I needed my lifts serviced and repaired got there info from a friend. Charles made the process pain free and easy so i was able to focus on the rest of my business. The techs showed up earlier than expected on original inspection date (which was Appreciated) some parts to repair the lift were special order so that was the only hold up. I am very happy with the excellent service they provided and will defiantly use them from here on out. ~Alicia

I called after they were open to try to save myself a trip. It rang for a bit then they hung up on me. Called back and phone rang and rang. Just had a simple quick question. Drove there. People mucking around and of course they didn't have what I needed. I've also had issues with returning items. With my receipt. Sent my wife to do it on her way home. Same account. Couldn't do it unless I personally came in. Nah. I'll stick with Auto Zone,Napa and O'Reilly Auto Parts. ~James
