I called after they were open to try to save myself a trip. It rang for a bit then they hung up on me. Called back and phone rang and rang. Just had a simple quick question. Drove there. People mucking around and of course they didn't have what I needed. I've also had issues with returning items. With my receipt. Sent my wife to do it on her way home. Same account. Couldn't do it unless I personally came in. Nah. I'll stick with Auto Zone,Napa and O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I needed a battery in my Subaru, I took the car in they checked the battery, it was bad. They sold me the correct battery, then installed it. It was hot too, they couldn't have been happy but they never let it show. Great job, thank you.

This store always seems to be empty no matter the time of day that I have visited. Each time I leave with a little grin knowing that I just received poor advice on my current vehicle project. Tonight, Lindsey sealed the deal for me deciding to never visit this location again. I walked in and went straight to the counter where she was just finishing up being rude on the phone to another victim. I just had surgery on my hand so as I had my 8 Bosch double iridium spark plugs in my jacket pocket, it took a while to get them out for my return. As I mention my apologies about it taking so long due to my ailment, she stood quite as she had yet to speak a word towards me thus far. As I finally place my $75 purchase on the counter, I explain that the 9602 model fits my wife's vehicle and I needed to exchange them for the 9606 model to fit my truck. Her late greeting was simple and straight forward, "I need your reciept." I explain the above about not keeping the receipt as they were purchased for my wife's car and I was not able to foresee there being a reason for me to return them, but we could look in it up under my advanced customer number. The second thing she said was "I need the receipt to be able to do that," opposed to looking up my purchases. I then just smugly asked if that meant I am just stuck with 8 oddly shaped paperweights now since there's no reciept and she won't look up my customer number. With a straight face she then said her third and final words to me, "I can't exchange these without the receipt." I quickly decided I would take 20 minutes each way to drive to the hub tomorrow to find someone that comprehends that these are kept in the back, so it's not possible that these are a stolen item. Also, hopefully find someone that can take the time to type out an entire seven digit number to help a customer find their recent purchases and do the exchange that way. Oh ya, and one that has manners and understanding they are in a customer service position. If this location wasn't corporate then it would of closed years ago as it's ghost town feel is losing them money and an actual auto part store that hires competent and customer service adept workers is needed for repeat business in this competitive market. Fair well Unser location. As for the pink haired female that goes by Lindsey, it's time to forgive your father and I wish you the best of luck on your recovery if that time does make it's way to you. Management please be nice to her, she could use a break. Cheers and God Bless.

The workers at this location are very rude, aren't helpful, slow, would rather socialize or hide in the back. You look an item up online and it states its in-stock. You go into store and they say they don't have it. You show them they have it and thats when they bring it to you. Avoid the store on Unser, go to a different location if possible.

Employees have horrible attitude and are completely unwilling to assist. I was refused a core return because they kept asking for the box and after the third time of them asking for it I said we already told you there wasn't a box..the employee then told us that they wouldn't help us and proceeded to curse at us and call us derogatory names. The employee then included a customer and started calling us the derogatory names to the customer who then started harassing us.

This place considers themselves the nation's best auto parts store, yet every time I have stopped in the will not check my check engine light for me. How is that good customer service? How would one know what they need with out that diagnostic. I sure the hell wouldnt have my car scanned somewhere else and then go here for parts. Lousy service.

This place on Unser close to home. Friendly courteous counter personal. I bounce between them & O'Reilly's on Paradise. Both places have specials. What I do like is able to place online order, pay for items using my pay pal account & if it is a battery or HazMat item, you can save extra but drop by the store to pick the item up. O'Reilly's was out of RainX Glass & Cleaner spray & Mother's Back to Black Spray. Advanced Auto had it & 2 for 1 radiator flush for my next project. I've wanted spark plugs for my 1980 Goldwing & they had NGK a very great brand of plug. The Autolite Iridium Plug is on special rebate this month too. Nice clean facility. I shop regularly at Under location & rarely bring anything back.

First of all the company cars were parked in the best, closest parking spots. Second, the cashier was not knowledgeable about items in the store. Third, the item I was looking for wasn't in stock.

If you're a woman don't bother with this store. To quote my wife they were not very helpful and just fed her a bunch of BS. Also would not let us exchange defective headlamp bulbs not a big deal but when you pay $50 it would be nice to get what you pay for.

I feel like of the 3 times I've gone into this store it's not been a good experience they always say the don't have the tools to test alternators how can you not have the tools to do your job. Another time i bought a battery had no idea i could get a core refund left the store never mentioned it to me while replacing my battery so i guess he would keep my 20 bucks. Just because I'm a female.
