My daughter and I showed up 20 minutes after closing with a low spare and a gashed tire... These great bunch of gentleman had us fixed up and back on the road with a smile on their face! Not a 1 left until they were ALL done! Best example of a team I've seen in a long time! Thank you so much!

We traveled from El Paso and had to get the tire pressure checked, we had a nail in our tire and they were beyond helpful. Their professionalism and customer service is some of the best we have had in a long time. I highly recommend them!

Trip trouble in Alamogordo. Tire sensor showed low pressure. Jeremy was pleasant, helpful and helped us find the best deal on a new set because of Sidewall cracking due to extreme Temps and tire age from 2016. We got AAA, Military and New Account discounts plus $150 in rebates. We were not expecting to spend $1400, and we didn't. Jeremy helped an old vet out and served his company well. This is the second great experience I've had with Discount tire on my trip.

They got the job done, but I had to stop the tech from using my trailer axle to jack it up after telling and showing them where the correct jack point was when I checked in. It would have bent the rubber torsion axle and caused thousands of dollars of damage.

I was a walkin after finding a screw in my tire. Everyone was super nice and was able to get me in quickly. Dale even showed me how to remove my spare tire from under my car which i appreciated very much. Customer service like this will ALWAYS have my business.
