This was an amazing GameStop. For it's small location, it had plenty of collectables and other items that other locations would never have. My highlights were the Monster Hunter Rise Amiibos. I instantly grabbed all 3 different ones on the spot and that made my entire day. All I enjoy GameStop employees who don't shove deals and pre-orders down your throat, and these employees were amazing. Striking good conversations on games and other things and just providing an overall great experience!

The manager within the location is very knowledgeable but that doesn’t mean anything if the reps under him know absolutely nothing was told by a rep named Elizabeth that she was able to take my trade in a iPhone 8 64g and that it would be a value of $33 due to the damage for cash and $40 for in-store credit but when her manager came in from lunch (nick) he told her she was wrong that the trade in can’t be accepted it& everything changed and now she couldn’t recall the Conversation where she already said she could take the trade in & called me a liar absolutely horrible location would not recommend to anybody one of the worst GameStop locations that I have ever been in!!

went into this location to look for action figures. i was greeted promptly by a polite and helpful young woman. explained what i was looking for and was shown were to look. after making the rounds around the store, she checked in on me again. was very polite and helpful. i didnt find what i was looking for, however i was very pleased with all the things i did find. also this store was amazing. well stocked, clean and very organized in a way that made sense. not all stores are. i previously have been an manager for gamestop for 5 years and have been to many stores in many states and this is by far the best one i have encountered. whatever you are doing by all means keep it up. loved my experience here and hope to shop here again.

I was only in the store a few moments and the staff greeted me and asked what i needed then promptly told me they did not have what i was looking for even tho it says they do online. They also had many games on the shelfs that they did not actualy have for sell so other then false advertizment even in store the experence was fast and purchaseless its been that way for the last 5 times i went there gamestop you suck

While we were at GameStop, the people were very stingy and rude. We bought a gold edition game and had them hold it in their storage, but they switched out the games for the normal version! They didn’t even try to really help us. I hope the services of GameStop will improve in the future.

Overall my experiences have been average. Management has always been nice through several changes. Workers are helpful most of the time. Had a few issues, one where i contacted corporate, was promptly contacted by local management who apologized personally. I appreciate that sort of thing.
