We came in for 2 reasons. Electric items for a sound bar and a video display radio for a vehicle. We couldn't find anyone to help, we located the item for the sound bar ourselves after about half hour looking. Then we went to your audio area. We asked for assistance 3 times. I finally approached a manager who at first was going to call for help until I stated that I have asked for help 3 times. He seem reluctant at first then he did answer some questions for us. Customer service at this store really needs some attention!!

Many people I know, as well as myself, purchase most electronics from this Best Buy location. The staff has always been considerate and accommodating, and I have never had any issues with purchased products. With the hot temperatures we have been experiencing recently, I am glad to say that their air conditioning works great if you are looking for someplace to go to escape the heat.

Nice store with lots of inventory. Really nice to have the products you love on display to interact with. I prefer a physical interaction with my electronics before I buy. Especially audio equipment. This place also offers auto installation on stereos, alarms, auto starts, dash cams, ect. You name it if it's made for a car. They can do it! Their other location is great too! 👌

We did need help locating it because neither of the 2 products were where they were supposed to be, BUT; there were ppl there that found the items right away! Check out was a breeze and the cashier was able to explain the choices of manufacturers warranty vs the option of buying the upgraded store warranty (which we declined, but he respectfully waited for us to discuss).

They stated that they looked at the cameras and that when the customer service rep sold it to me, it had a seal which is 100% false. When ever you buy from here please make sure you open the package to make sure you have what you paid for.

They actually did okay. After several really poor interactions with them many years ago, I refuse to ever shop at Best buy. Managed to hold on to that promise for about 10 years until I finally gave up. So all in all I'm reasonably impressed

Bobby is a great tv salesman. He knows tvs. He explained the specifications of all the tvs we were interested in. We decided on last year's Samsung 55" model.

I ordered a new car stereo on March 30th. They said the installation time would be about a month because they had to order parts. I understood that, considering just about everything is still experiencing Covid delays. Well, today was finally the day! I dropped my vehicle off at the appropriate time and was told it would be an hour, maybe 1:30. I didn’t bother to get picked up because I was in walking distance to some other shopping I wanted to do. Five minutes after I took off walking, I got a call that they couldn’t find my order. I returned to the store where they eventually found everything and proceeded with the work. I again left to do some other shopping and returned 1:30 later. My car was not completed so I sat patiently. After over two hours had gone by I went in to ask about it. I was told that there was some trouble with the programming. Again, I understood and so waited patiently. After almost 4 hours, and at closing time, the technician informed me that he couldn’t figure it out and asked if I just wanted to remove the steering control switch, which I paid extra for. I told him I was happy to schedule a time to return so they could figure it out. He finished putting things back together and reviewed the paperwork with me. I got in my car and checked things out, and as I was getting ready to leave, I noticed my AC wasn’t working! He had checked off on the inspection that it was! What a terrible experience.

I love Best Buy. As a person who needs help with technology, they offer services to help. Businesses now face a shortage of people who want to work for a living, so it’s good to be patient and wait your turn for service. The employees are polite and helpful. Granted, it’s expensive but you pay for what you get.
