Best video game store in Albuquerque, New Mexico (NM) 2024

I came to Best Buy to buy my wife an Apple Pencil. One of the reps went to the back and handed me one and told me to go the customer service desk to pay. I paid, went to the house, and when my wife opened the box, it was EMPTY. I also noticed that the package did not have a clear wrapping or seal. I drove all the way back to the store and tried to explain the situation to a manager. They stated that they looked at the cameras and that when the customer service rep sold it to me, it had a seal which is 100% false. When ever you buy from here please make sure you open the package to make sure you have what you paid for. ~Alex
