Staff was amazing I walked out and my bag busted so my drink fell out and busted all over the ground a staff member replaced my drink and another cleaned up the busted 1. I was also in and out an overall pleasant experience THANK YOU

In a hurry? Don't stop at this location! They NEVER fill the receipt paper in pumps, you have to go inside - wait in line for receipt! Mentioned receipt paper to lisa, she had a nice smart azz response. No one needs someone like her representing their company. Her pants looked soiled, kinda scary! Trash cans overflowed with trash falling onto ground. 0 stars if I could.

THE WORKERS HERE ARE IN FACT RACIST. NEVER will I recommend a NON-EUROPEAN person to ever step foot in this Speedway located at 10760 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241. This is a ZERO STAR review, let’s be clear!!! RANDY - big guy, dark brown hair, scruffy looking, “belongs to a ‘black fraternity,” a Kevin James downgrade, yeah that guy on the night shift is extremely racist! I had a terrible experience. 2022, still racism in the neighborhood. Randy kept his eyes glued to the point he repositioned his entire body, to watch me and my boyfriend. We were treated with suspicion the ENTIRE five minutes we were there. With a smile on my face and a friendly tone, I asked Randy if there was anything I did wrong? He responded with, “why?” I then asked, is there a reason why we are being treated with suspicion? Randy immediately became defensive. After watching a well over 40 year old throw a temper tantrum, I then asked for his manager or corporates phone number. Randy REFUSED to provide either phone number. Randy shouted, “I have a phone number for you!” Karen called the police. The first thing Karen said out his mouth was, “I have a black, young, female here…” IF YOU ARE NOT RACIST, WHY WAS MY SKIN COMPLEXION THE FIRST THING FLYING OUT OF YOUR MOUTH?? I’m confused!? I patiently waited for the police to show. I provided lieutenant Tim Holloway with the details of the situation. Obviously not too much care there because the situation at hand, a white man being called racist. However, Tim provided me with the same information I simply asked Randy for. I will be calling to speak with the general manager Amy about the situation. ZERO out of five stars. And to the poor boy that had to witness his dad say something to a woman the very second she asked her man to go to the car… your father is a racist coward, a shivering female dog with her tail curled in between her hind legs, Caitlyn Jenner is still MORE of a man than your dad/mom.. sorry to you buddy!

I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but one of the employees was extremely rude. I tried to print off a receipt to redeem some points and it came out blank so I asked her about it because it took my points off and she said the printer worked fine and my points would still be on there... They weren't. She wouldn't even come check to see if maybe the printer paper was put in upside down or something. Their roller grill items were all old and should have just been thrown away as well. Hopefully that lady has a better day

The prices were mixed up online, as you can see in picture. I tried calling to verify the price and the older sounding lady refused to clarify it with me over the phone. She told me, "it was policy not to give that information over the phone". I told her it's on the web just mixed up and she hung up. Wanted to use my speepy card to redeem gas, but not now I don't wanna go if this is the kind of service they offer.
