This CVS is also a UPS access point where I often redirect shipments from home for secure pickup. On Jan 10, 2021 at about 12.30 pm I got a notice via the UPS app my package had been delivered to this location. 3 employees of CVS argued with me it had not been delivered, until I realized it was on a shelf directly behind them. The level of incompetence is shocking. I wasted 15 mins explaining to how the system worked. It's sad when a customer has to do their job, let alone 3 of them.

Don't use this CVS for COVID testing. Drove today for test, waited 30 minutes and then was informed that they were not conducting tests today even though I had an appointment and had gotten a confirmation from CVS. Based on reviews this CVS has a history of ignoring scheduled COVID tests.

Went to get covid test today. Waited 20 minutes on hold. Went inside white lady at pharmacy told me I didn't call them I must of called the wrong store. She told me to get out of store.From picture I attached she lied.

Tried to call pharmacy to get my number removed from an account that wasn’t mine. After spending a half hour on hold, I gave up. Just because most things are automated for you, doesn’t mean you don’t need to answer the phone.

Went to store on 1-11-19 at 9am store is close when it’s supposed to be open now I’m going to Walgreens. Sounds like GM needs to light a fire under some you know what.
