The Walgreens on Canton and East Market used to be efficient, organized, and competent. I’m not sure what happened, but they are now incompetent, lazy, slow, and totally incapable of serving their customers. Looking for another pharmacy now.

The pharmacy is beyond too slow. I understand short staffing, but if you cannot fill a prescription within 12 hours you have no business filling prescriptions at all. I will never use this pharmacy ever again in my life and will encourage family and friends not to either.

This pharmacy has went downhill since Covid & construction on Market and Canton Rd has happened. The pharmacy has no clue of anything going on, their assistant Cheyenne is possibly the most rude pharmacist assistant that I have ever experienced. Also she did not wear her mask properly, had it down under her nose barely covering her mouth. As a health care workers she should be more aware of the dangers, but I guess it doesn't matter at this location.Always like walgreens, but if you have the opportunity to go to a different one or a different pharmacy I would highly recommend finding a new place!

This isn't a review about the experience, this is about the CONSTRUCTION. As of 08/15/2021, there is only ONE way to get in and out of Walgreens. You MUST drive east down E Market St. There should be road closed signs, but they left a single lane for "Walgreens and library traffic". Hopefully this info helps people out.

Staff is almost always friendly and helpful. The managers seem to do a good job of ordering enough inventory. I rarely see an empty spot on the shelves, unless it's a seasonal or specialty item. The store and parking lot are always kept clean. The restrooms are public and clean. They're location is very convenient to a number of neighborhoods. The prices are high, but you pay for the convenience factor. No Sunday alcohol sales.

Called looking for a perfume and Tiffany went and made sure they had it in stock before I drove 30 minutes to get it. She went above and beyond to help me and she made my whole day ! Called every Walgreens and she was the only one who actually cared. Thank you so much ! Tiffany is a great employee!!!!

I was extremely happy with the service from the pharmacy. And we have definitely decided to change all prescriptions to there store. Not to mention the warmth of all employees Greeting through out the store. I Sincerely thank you. 😁

I've been standing in line for 15 minutes. There was only one person in front of me. If it takes you that long to ring up someone with 4 items, you need to find a way to be more efficient.
